Abstract

The World Health Organization (2006) found that health workers contribute up to 80% to successful health development and one of the best ways to solve the health worker crisis is education, along with improved human resource management policies. and training. Health care workers are needed in health care services, so those who manage them need to take into account all their needs, wants and interests so that they can perform at their best. Exploring human resource development in Sarapian and Langkat districts.This type of research is qualitative research. Primary data are collected by in-depth interviews(Dept. Interview). Data from in-depth interviews with informants it was processed and analyzed using a content analysis approach. The types of health workers consist of Health Human Resources (HRD) in Langkat District, Salapian District, which are still dominated by medical personnel, including: 7% of dentists, 11.2% of general practitioners, 45% of midwives, 21.1% of nurses, while Community Health Workers are 5.6%, Environmental Health Workers are 2.8%, Pharmacy Staff are 4.2%, Health Nutrition Workers are 1.4%, and Medical Laboratory Technologists are 1.4%. HRH development is in accordance with needs development standards. Provision of training for HRH development isconfined to healthcare workers and its distribution is still uneven. Abstract

  According to the decision of the Asahan Regent Regulation Number 71 of 2018 concerning smoke-free areas, it has been decided that the existence of smoking rooms for active and passive people is a danger. This increase in prevalence can be seen in Indonesia, where around 500 people die every day from cigarettes. This study analyzed the elements of implementing the Asahan Regent Regulation No. 71 of 2018 concerning Smoke-Free Zones (KTR) in Houses of Worship in Aek Songsongan District. The type of research used is quantitative, using an analytical sampling research model with a sectional approach. The sampling technique is accidental sampling based on the study's results. The participants in this study were all mosque congregations and those who visited the mosque in Aek Songsongan District, with 96 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire, and the variables studied included communication factors, resources, disposition/attitude, and bureaucratic structure. The data was processed using the Chi-Square test with the SPSS 21 application. According to the results of this study, there is a correlation between the Communication factor and policy implementation (p-value = 0.003) with an OR of 5.471, a relationship between the Resource factor (p-value = 0.002) with an OR of 0.123, a relationship between the Disposition/Attitude factor (p-value = 0.037) with an OR of 0.249, and a relationship between the Disposition/Attitude factor (p-value = 0.037) and an OR of 0.249.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu adalah pelayanan kesehatan yang dapat memuaskan setiap pemakai jasa pelayanan kesehatan sesuai dengan tingkat kepuasan rata-rata penduduk serta yang penyelenggaraannya sesuai dengan standar dan kode etik profesi yang telah ditetapkan. Selain kualitas pelayanan, hal yang tidak kalah penting agar jasa dapat disampaikan dengan baik oleh pihak Puskesmas yaitu keberadaan fasilitas penunjang pelayanan kesehatan. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode literature review. Tinjauan pustaka dilakukan dengan membandingkan metode penelitian, metode pengolahan dan hasil yang diperolehdari setiap artikel. Metode yang digunakan dalam Studi Literatur ini menggunakan strategi secara komprehensif, seperti pencarian artikel dalam database jurnal penelitian dan pencarian melalui internet. Fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pasien dan melakukan pelayanan yang lebih baik untuk menciptakan keunggulan. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut seperti lebih membutuhkan komitmen dan kemauan untuk meningkatkan kembali fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan. Lebih ditingkatkat kembali peralatan yang lengkap agar pasien lebih merasa puas. Lebih meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia kesehatan yang memiliki kemampuan manajemen yang mumpuni, sehingga tidak terkendala dalam menjabarkan fungsi-fungsi dengan visi dan misi Puskesmas Aek Songsongan. Adanya pengaruh secara parsial fasilitas dengan kepuasan pasien, adanya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan yang maksimal mampu meningkatkan kepuasan pasien Puskesmas Aek Songsongan, adanya pengaruh secara simultan antara fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan pasien

Abstract

Human resource development is an effort to enhance the quality or capacity of human resources through the process of education planning, training, and improving human resource management policies. Healthcare workers are essential for health services, so leaders must consider all their needs, desires, and interests in order to work at their best. To determine the development of human resources in Langkat District, Salapian Subdistrict, this research uses qualitative research. Primary data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews (departmental interviews). Information obtained from in-depth interviews with informants was processed and analyzed using content analysis methods. The types of healthcare workers in Langkat District, Salapian Subdistrict, consist of Health Human Resources (SDMK) which are still dominated by medical personnel, including 7% dental doctors, 11.2% general practitioners, 45% midwives, 21.1% nurses, Meanwhile, public health workers are 5.6%, environmental health workers are 2.8%, pharmaceutical workers are 4.2%, nutrition health workers are 1.4%, and medical laboratory technology experts are 1.4%. The development of SDMK is in accordance with the standards for demand development. The acquisition of human resource development training is limited to medical personnel and its distribution is still uneven.
