Abstract

One of the skincare products from Somethinc that is currently hotly discussed is Niacinamide Moisture Beet Serum. On the Female Daily site, people who have used the beauty products they use express their opinions in a review on Female Daily. However, the many thousands of reviews that exist have not been structured, so it is still difficult for the public and potential consumers to understand the essence of opinions on a product and classify them into the appropriate polarity of opinion. This research aims to analyze public sentiment regarding reviews of the Somethinc Niacinamide skincare product in Female Daily using the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. This method was chosen because of its capabilities in probability-based text classification and popularity in sentiment analysis. The study began with collecting review data from the Female Daily site, followed by a text pre-processing process which included case folding, tokenizing, stopwords removal, and stemming. The dataset is then divided into training data (80%) and test data (20%). The Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm is applied to classify reviews into positive, negative, or neutral categories. The research results show that this model is successful in classifying sentiment with 61% accuracy. The conclusions of this study indicate that although the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm is quite effective in classifying the sentiment of skincare product reviews, there is room for improvement, especially in handling meaningful and contextual words. This research provides new insight for brand owners and potential consumers in understanding public opinion regarding the Somethinc Niacinamide skincare product.

Abstract

Improving the operational efficiency of MSMEs and quickening the digital economy depend on optimizing digital apps in the fast changing digital environment. Many MSMEs, meanwhile, struggle with things like low technical skills, limited funds, and opposition to change. This paper investigates how digital apps could help MSMEs overcome obstacles and suggests efficient ways to maximize the usage of digital technology by means of the literature review approach. Digital apps include data analytics, digital marketing, and inventory control can help MSMEs become more competitive, more efficient, and productive, according the literature study. Case studies from Indonesia, such the UMKM Go Digital initiative, highlight the good effects of digital technology acceptance. The outcomes highlight the need of government and corporate sector cooperation in offering the required skills, resources, and infrastructure to assist the digitization of MSMEs. With the correct approach, digital technology may be a main engine of equitable and sustainable economic development.

Abstract

One effective way to help the complex decision-making process is with a decision support system (DSS). One process that requires precise and accurate decisions is determining the winner of the auction of suppliers of goods/services. As an institution responsible for procuring goods and services, Biddokkes Polda Gorontalo requires a DSS that can help effectively select the supplier’s winner. This study aims to create a decision support system to help determine the auction winner at Biddokkes Polda Gorontalo. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in its decision-making process. AHP analyzes relevant criteria and provides the correct value for each criterion. The technology used is web-based, allowing authorized users to access the system from any location. Users can enter supplier data and their criteria into the system. Then, the system will perform calculations using AHP to produce a supplier ranking based on the weight of the specified criteria. The study results are a prototype of a web-based Decision Support System application that produces recommendations for auction winners according to administrative, technical, and price criteria. The application that produces the first ranking is PT. Indolab Utama, the second-ranking is PT. Megah Hebat Sejahtera and third place PT Permana Putra Mandiri. The results of this system are expected to help Biddokkes Polda Gorontalo make the right decision about the winning supplier. With this system, the auction process is expected to be more transparent and efficient. This system can also save time and human resources when determining the auction winner.Salah satu cara yang efektif untuk membantu proses pengambilan keputusan yang kompleks adalah dengan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK). Salah satu proses yang membutuhkan keputusan yang tepat dan akurat adalah dalam menentukan pemenang lelang pemasok barang/jasa. Sebagai lembaga yang bertanggung jawab atas pengadaan barang dan jasa, Biddokkes Polda Gorontalo membutuhkan SPK yang dapat membantu dalam memilih pemenang pemasok secara efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu dalam proses penetapan pemenang lelang di Biddokkes Polda Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dalam proses pengambilan keputusannya. AHP digunakan untuk menganalisis kriteria yang relevan dan memberikan nilai yang tepat untuk setiap kriteria. Teknologi yang digunakan berbasis web sehingga memungkinkan pengguna yang berwenang dapat mengakses sistem dari lokasi manapun. Pengguna dapat memasukkan data pemasok dan kriteria mereka ke dalam sistem. Kemudian, sistem akan melakukan perhitungan menggunakan AHP untuk menghasilkan peringkat pemasok berdasarkan bobot kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil penelitian berupa purwarupa aplikasi Sistem Pendukung Keputusan berbasis web yang menghasilkan rekomendasi pemenang lelang sesuai dengan kriteria administrasi, teknis dan harga. Aplikasi menghasilkan rangking pertama adalah PT. Indolab Utama, rangking kedua PT. Megah Hebat Sejahtera dan rangking ketiga PT Permana Putra Mandiri. Hasil dari sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu Biddokkes Polda Gorontalo dalam membuat keputusan yang tepat tentang pemasok yang menjadi pemenang. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan proses lelang akan lebih transparan dan efisien. Sistem ini juga dapat menghemat banyak waktu dan sumber daya manusia dalam proses penentuan pemenang lelang.

Abstract

Pengelolaan aset desa yang belum terstruktur secara digital dapat menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti keterlambatan dalam monitoring, kesalahan pencatatan, serta tidak adanya integrasi data yang memadai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen aset desa berbasis web yang mampu meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan aset. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Feature-Driven Development (FDD), yang menekankan pada pengembangan sistem secara bertahap berdasarkan fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan pengguna. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework CodeIgniter dan database MySQL. Proses pengembangan mengikuti lima fase utama FDD: Develop an Overall Model, Build a Feature List, Plan by Feature, Design by Feature, dan Build by Feature. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengakomodasi fitur utama seperti manajemen data aset, pengajuan barang, monitoring kondisi aset, penyusutan nilai aset, dan pencetakan laporan. Efektivitas metode FDD dalam mendukung pengembangan sistem yang terstruktur dan adaptif tercermin dari keberhasilan sistem dalam memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi digital yang mendukung tata kelola aset desa secara efisien dan terukur.
