Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Penerapan E-Kinerja, Pemberian Tambahah Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Pada Sekdakab Aceh Barat Daya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai yang bekerja di lingkungan kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya. Yang berjumlah sebanyak 116 orang. Teknik sampling yang penulis gunakan yaitu menggunakan Probability Sampling dengan sampel jenuh. Maka sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 116 sampel.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Penerapan E-kinerja (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Dikantor Sekdakab Aceh Barat Daya. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil uji t dengan besar nilai t hitung sebesar 2,647 t tabel sebesar 1,981 dan nilai signifikansi 0,009 0,05. Variabel TPP (X2) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Dikantor Sekdakab Aceh Barat Daya. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,403 t tabel sebesar 1,981 dan nilai signifikansi 0,018 0,05. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN Dikantor Sekdakab Aceh Barat Daya. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil uji t besaran t hitung sebesar 4,085 t tabel sebesar 1,981 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 0,05.

Abstract

The author chose PT Pegadaian Syariah CPS Meulaboh as the location for this research. After identifying the problem, the author determined an initial hypothesis, namely that there was an influence of Promotion on Sales Levels. The population in this study was 17 people and all of them were used as samples to obtain data through distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of Hypothesis Testing using simple linear regression, it is known that the sig value of the variable (X) is 0.001<0.05, so in this case it means that the Promotion variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on the Sales Level variable (Y). Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis in this research is accepted.

Abstract

The author chose the location for this research, namely PT Pegadaian Syariah CPS Meulaboh. From the entire population, the author chose 15 employees as respondents in this research. The hypothesis in this research is that it is thought that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership variables and the work environment on employee performance variables. After testing the hypothesis by carrying out a multiple linear regression test, the results are: Based on the results of the t test (partial test) for variable X1, the sig value was obtained, namely 0.910>0.05. So in this case it means that variable X1 (Leadership) has no effect on variable Y (Employee Performance). For the variable X2, the sig value is 0.875>0.05. So in this case it means that variable X2 (Work Environment) also has no effect on variable Y (Employee Performance). Based on the results of the F ANOVA test (simultaneous test) for variables X1 and X2, the sig value was obtained, namely 0.962 > 0.05. So in this case it means that variables X1 and X2 simultaneously (together) have no effect on variable Y. So it can be concluded that the hypothesis is rejected.
