Abstract

This research is motivated by educational activities in companies that must be carried out to get a healthy company performance assessment. The training education program at the company does not merely fulfill skill skills but spiritual strengthening of employees through Islamic education as a process of achieving a degree of faith, piety, discipline to work that not only works for worldly gain but works for the afterlife as well. The purpose of this research is to identify the concept of Cultivating Islamic Education Values and the success in Cultivating Islamic Education Values at the Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) Tirta Intan Garut Drinking Water. The framework of this research refers to Max Weber's theory that in the capitalist soul work is a useful and correct activity, because the activity itself is not solely for material pleasure. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method of field research (field research) research location at the BUMD company Tirta Intan Garut Drinking Water Jl. Raya Bayongbong Km 3. Kp. Gandasari Cilawu Garut Regency. The collection technique begins with observation, interviews and documentation. After that, it was analyzed by reducing data (data reduction), presenting data (data display), and drawing conclusions (conclusion drawing/verification). The results showed that the cultivation of the values of tawhid, worship, morals at BUMD Tirta Intan Garut Drinking Water. Implemented through non-formal religious activities without the regulation of BUMD Drinking Water, but rather a routine activity carried out consistently without a program but focusing on direct activities in the form of Islamic education activities informed through circulars, announcements, invitations from leaders that must be carried out by employees when working, namely at every morning and evening apples, the value of tawhid, worship, morals becomes the main theme of the briefing. Implementation related to the value of Islamic religious education is in the form of mandatory prayers in congregation, praying before doing activities, alms, compensation, greeting and respecting each other, Umrah activities, qurban activities, UP Zis, and religious studies..

Abstract

Kurangnya minat belajar menghafal peserta didik pada pembelajaran hafalan surat pendek yang kurang menark serta peserta didik kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran menghafal suarat pendek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh/keefektivan penggunaan media pembelajaran kartu (flashcard) terhadap meningkatkan hafalan surat pendek. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RA Al Hasanah Cibeuti Kecamatan Kawalu Kota Tasikmalaya pada kelas B seemester II tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan quasi eksperimen. Sampel peneliti ini berjumlah 30 siswa, namun dibagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu 15 siswa kelas ekperimen dengan menggunakan media kartu (flashcard) dan 15 siswa kelompok kontrol dengan menggunakan pembelajaran seperti biasanya. Hasil data dikumpulkan melalui tes hafalan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan media pembelajaran kartu. Nilai rata rata pretest kelas kontrol 69.00 dan kelas eksperimen 65.33, lalu sesudah diberi perlakuan pada kelas eksperimen mendapatkan hasil posttest nilai rata rata kelas kontrol 76.26 dan eksperimen 90,73. Lalu hasil analisis data menggunakan Uji T menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan hafalan surat pendek setelah penggunaan media pembelajaran kartu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran kartu efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan hafalan surat pendek siswa, sehingga direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan secara lebih luas di lingkungan pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Improved education quality is strongly influenced by the teaching learning process. If this process is corrected, then the quality of the graduates will improve. School Management and the principal teaching approach greatly determine the quality of learning. The principal should be able to communicate the vision to students, parents, teachers, and administrators. Teacher competence is important to carry out tasks in the field of learning. The low quality of education is due to the low performance of teachers, which is influenced by various aspects of competence such as personality, pedagogic, social, and professional. The main cause of low quality teachers is the role of principal. The principal serves to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers, which is essential for the educational process. A Headmaster should be able to guide and motivate, as well as maintain good communication and supervision in school. Researchers are interested in exploring the role of principal in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers at MTs. Ar-Rahmah Tasikmalaya City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. Qualitative research is research that produces description data, both speech and writing and behavior that can be taken from the people or subject itself. So, qualitative research is a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behaviors. The Headmaster has an important role in improving the pedagogic competence of teachers through functions as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and motivators. The principal should create a good learning climate, support teachers in professional activities, and motivate to improve performance. Some strategies are done to improve pedagogic competencies, including conducting workshops, tattoos, motivations for scientific writing, awarding, supervision, and school meetings. From research on MTs. Ar-Rahmah Tasikmalaya City, it was concluded that the principal as a leader should implement strategies to motivate teachers in improving their pedagogic competencies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of the teacher and the advantages and disadvantages of applying the Talqin method in increasing students' memorization of the AlQur`an Islamic Islamic Education subject in class V SDN Indihiang Kota. Tasikmalaya. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, namely research that aims to systematically describe the facts found in the field, are phenomenal, and are not in the form of numbers, especially about the teacher's role in increasing students' memorization through the Talqin method in Subjects PAI material of the Qur'an. The results of the application of the talqin method to learning tahfidz Al-Qur`an itself, many children memorize quickly, the better and smoother their memorization. and have reached the specified target memorization. The advantage of applying the talqin method to PAI learning of Al-Qur`an material itself is to make it easier for children who, even though they cannot yet read and write the Al-Qur`an, can memorize it. The weaknesses in applying the talqin method to PAI learning of Al-Qur`an material are the difficulty in conditioning children, they are busy playing alone so that it interferes with learning, the time it takes to use this method is quite long, and the teacher himself must master reading Al-Qur`an so as not to run into trouble
