Abstract

Loyalty is a customer's commitment to a product or service as measured by repurchasing. Customer loyalty has an important role in a company. Maintaining them means improving financial performance and maintaining the viability of a company. This is the main reason for a company, to attract and retain customers. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach aimed at describing and drawing the phenomena that exist in the field regarding strategies to maintain customer loyalty. With data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the strategy to maintain customer loyalty in the Rara Laundry business is said to be good, because it is in accordance with the theory of strategy to build customer loyalty. However, in reality, a good strategy has not been able to maintain customer loyalty. It is concluded that the supporting factors have not fully maintained customer loyalty. While the inhibiting factors from external parties dominate the level of customer loyalty. Keywords: Strategy, loyalty

Abstract

Indonesia's economic growth experienced a slowdown of 4.9 percent. In the MSME sector, women's empowerment is essential. MSME products must be designed according to export standards for product expansion, creativity, and innovation. Pasar Kita is a community of women's MSMEs across cultures and religions. Our market consists of the leading market and sub-district markets. The prominent market members are all independent women, women with broken homes and victims of domestic violence cases. Implementing the Sharia concept is a strategic and progressive step. Combining local wisdom, religious values ​​and business principles with sharia creates inclusive economic opportunities, strengthens cultural diversity, and promotes peace and social harmony in the regional and global realms. The service approach uses ABCD (Asset-Based Community Development). The result of strengthening the capacity of our market community towards an inclusive economy with a Sharia concept in the religiously moderate village of Jember Regency is that the community has the abilities obtained, namely Developing Skills and Critical Understanding. Our Market Community has Technical Capabilities in managing marketing strategies. They also have a sustainable understanding of Sharia Economic Principles, Financial Management Skills, Ethical Digital Marketing and Sustainable Product Management.

Abstract

Poverty is a challenge for every country, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This poverty occurs due to the loss of rights or wealth that is difficult to return, and the pressure of needs that exceed their limits so that the amount of expenditure is very large. Economic factors that have a close relationship with various problems, especially for some underprivileged people who face an inadequate life. Implementation can be achieved by managing productive zakat funds. Therefore, management is needed in managing productive zakat funds such as planning, organizing, mobilizing, and supervising. With good management, zakat management will be productive. The development of businesses carried out by mustahik will increase mustahik's income and change mustahik's status to muzakki. Based on the research context above, the focus of this research is: 1) How is the planning of productive zakat distribution at BAZNAS Jember Regency. 2). How is the implementation of productive zakat distribution at BAZNAS Jember Regency. 3). How is the evaluation of productive zakat distribution at BAZNAS Jember Regency? Based on the existing focus and objectives, this study uses a qualitative approach, the informant collection technique uses purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data used in the study is source triangulation. Based on the results of the research that has been conducted. 1). The planning of zakat distribution at the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) of Jember Regency has been in accordance with the zakat management guidelines from the central BAZNAS. 2). The implementation of the distribution of productive zakat at BAZNAS Jember Regency is in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law which manages zakat to create a prosperous society in poverty alleviation. Namely by: first, Providing counseling to recipients of productive zakat. Counseling is provided to ensure that the mustahik's business can run and develop. Second, BAZNAS Jember Regency distributes productive zakat funds through a business capital provision program. BAZNAS Jember Regency provides business capital assistance as a grant fund. So, the mustahik do not need to return it. For independent business activities, the mustahik receives an average of Rp. 1,000,000, according to the needs of the mustahik's business. Furthermore, BAZNAS Jember Regency carries out monitoring, control, and supervision. This supervision is carried out to find out the development of productive zakat recipients by using data from the WA group that was previously created. 3). Evaluation carried out by BAZNAS Jember Regency through fund management reports and without any special evaluation. BAZNAS Jember Regency also explained the obstacles faced in this evaluation activity such as: Low Public Awareness, Lack of Government Support, Minimal Funding Sources, Limited human resources (HR). And until now, the results of the business capital provision program have not had any mustahik who have changed their status to muzaki

Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly changed consumer behavior patterns, especially when it comes to shopping. The phenomenon of shopping through marketplaces is increasingly becoming a dominant trend among students in Jember Regency. The district, known for its large student population, is an interesting subject to study regarding the factors that influence shopping interest through these e-commerce platforms. In this study, the researcher applied a quantitative approach and data collection was carried out through the application of questionnaires using the Likert scale. The population in this study is PTN students in Jember district, which is 78,839 students consisting of 9989 students of the Jember State Polytechnic, 53,120 students of the University of Jember, and 15,730 students from UIN Khas Jember.

Abstract

Elastisitas harga, baik permintaan maupun penawaran, merupakan konsep fundamental yang memberikan wawasan tentang sensitivitas konsumen dan produsen terhadap perubahan harga. Pemahaman mendalam terhadap elastisitas ini memungkinkan pembuat kebijakan dan pelaku bisnis untuk menetapkan harga optimal, merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif, serta mengelola produksi dan rantai pasokan dengan lebih adaptif. Dalam konteks kebijakan ekonomi, analisis elastisitas mendukung perumusan kebijakan fiskal dan moneter yang responsif, pengendalian inflasi, dan pengelolaan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan. Sementara itu, dalam dunia bisnis, elastisitas harga menjadi instrumen strategis untuk meningkatkan daya saing, inovasi produk, dan keberlanjutan operasional. Dengan demikian, analisis elastisitas harga tidak hanya berperan sebagai alat analisis ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai panduan strategis dalam menghadapi perubahan pasar dan regulasi.
