Abstract

Instagram as the platform which provides sophisticated features is utilized by da’wah account to make da’wah content. This undergraduate thesis studied the correlation between the usage of Instagram and da’wah effectiveness in account @shiftmedia.id (case study: the feed entitled “Self Improvement”). The first main problem in this research was the existence of correlation between Instagram usage and da’wah effectiveness in account @shiftmedia.id (case study: the feed entitled “self improvement). The second main problem was how big was the influence between the usage of Instagram and da’wah effectiveness in  The research result showed that there was significant evidence. Based on pearson correlation test which had been conducted in general there was sufficient correlation value with the result as follows: cognitive effect dimension and definition dimension showed sufficient correlation result with pearson correlation value in each indicator that had been tested namely 0,397 and 0,259, behavioral effect dimension and action dimension showed sufficient correlation result with pearson correlation value in each tested indicator namely 0,409; 0,447; 0,446 dan 0,578, affective effect dimension and attitude influencing dimension showed sufficient correlation result and strongly weak with pearson correlation value in each tested indicator namely 0,369 and 0,154.

Abstract

Toko Mandiri is a shop that sells community needs such as basic necessities, stationery, agricultural needs and others. All stores want to be advanced, successful and have many buyers, but not all stores can market their products quickly so that the store can have many buyers. This study uses a qualitative research method, with a literature and empirical approach, interview data collection techniques, observation and documentation. The results of the study note that the method used to motivate employee performance improvement at Toko Mandiri uses direct and indirect methods and from some of the descriptions in the discussion of the da'wah method used, namely mauidhotul repertoire, namely giving good advice, then implemented with the al-hikmah method.Keywords: Da'wah method, employees, independent store AbstrakToko Mandiri merupakan toko yang menjual kebutuhan masyarakat seperti sembako, alat-alat tulis, kebutuhan pertanian dan lain-lain. Semua toko menginginkan agar supaya maju, sukses dan banyak pembelinya, namun tidak semua toko bisa memasarkan produknya dengan cepat agar supaya toko bisa banyak pembeli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Kualitatif, dengan pendekatan literatur dan empiris, teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Metode yang digunakan untuk memotivasi peningkatan kinerja karyawan Toko Mandiri menggunakan metode langsung dan tidak langsung dan dari beberapa uraian di dalam pembahasan metode dakwah yang digunakan yaitu mauidhotil hasanah yaitu pemberian nasehat-nasehat yang baik, kemudian dilaksanakan dengan metode al-hikmah.Kata Kunci:  Metode dakwah, karyawan, toko mandiri
