ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh mengenai karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Koperasi Karyawan Indocement (KKI) Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Kuesioner didistribusikan kepada 99 karyawan. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa semua butir pertanyaan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi tanggapan karyawan terhadap karakteristik individu (X1) baik, lingkungan kerja (X2) baik, kinerja karyawan (X3) baik. Hasil analisis koefisian korelasi menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dari hasil koefisien determinasi dapat dijelaskan bahwa kinerja karyawan 62,9% dapat dijelaskan oleh karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja dan 29% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, seperti kompensasi individu. Adapun analisis regresi berganda dari uji F (simultan) dan uji t (parsial) menyatakan bahwa karakteristik individu dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja di Koperasi Karyawan Indocement (KKI) Citeureup Kabupaten Bogor. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance at the Indocement Employee Cooperative (KKI) Citeureup Bogor Regency, either simultaneously or partially. The questionnaire was distributed to 99 employees. The results of the validity and reliability tests showed that all the questions were declared valid and reliable. Based on the results of the recapitulation of employee responses to individual characteristics (X1) good, work environment (X2) good, employee performance (X3) good. The results of the correlation coefficient analysis state that there is a strong influence between individual characteristics and work environment on employee performance, from the coefficient of determination it can be explained that 62.9% employee performance can be explained by individual characteristics and work environment and 29% is influenced by other variables that are not researched in this study, such as individual compensation. The multiple regression analysis from the F test (simultaneous) and the t test (partial) states that individual characteristics and work environment have a positive and significant effect on performance in the Indocement Employee Cooperative (KKI) Citeureup, Bogor Regency.
