Abstract

Abstrak Sesuai dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Kabupaten Solok Sumatera Barat tentang aturan berpakaian seragam sekolah Islami, maka setiap sekolah dari semua jenjang pendidikan di Kabupaten Solok menggunakan model pakaian Islami sebagai pakaian seragam sekolah. Secara umum, pelaksanaan peraturan tersebut berjalan dengan baik, meskipun ada di antara siswa yang masih melakukan pelanggaran dengan memakai pakaian yang tidak sesuai dengan peraturan sekolah. Mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan spiritual leadership yang baik agar peraturan ini dapat sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan membahas peran spritual leadership dalam  pembentukan pola berpakaian seragam Islami di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Teknik analisis data yaitu pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bagaimana spiritual leadership dapat memengaruhi norma berpakaian di lingkungan sekolah. Melalui musyawarah, keadilan dan kesetaraan, serta keteladanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aturan berpakaian seragam yang diatur sekolah sudah memenuhi kriteria pakaian seragam Islami, hanya saja dalam praktiknya masih terdapat beberapa pelanggaran dari segi model pakaian yang digunakan. Namun, guru dan kepala sekolah sudah berkontribusi dengan sangat baik agar aturan berpakaian dapat dijalankan sepenuhnya dengan melakukan pembinaan dan menjalin kerja sama dengan orang tua siswa.   Abstrack In accordance with the Solok Regency Government Regulation, West Sumatra regarding Islamic school uniform dress codes, every school at all levels of education in Solok Regency uses Islamic clothing models as school uniforms. In general, the implementation of these regulations is going well, although there are some students who still commit violations by wearing clothes that do not comply with school regulations. Addressing this is necessary spiritual leadership so that this regulation can be fully implemented. Therefore, this research aims to discuss roles spritual leadership in the formation of Islamic uniform dress patterns in schools. This research is qualitative research. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research identifies how spiritual leadership can influence dress norms in the school environment. Through deliberation, justice and equality, and example. The results of the research show that the uniform dress code regulated by the school meets the criteria for Islamic uniforms, however in practice there are still several violations in terms of the style of clothing used. However, teachers and principals have contributed very well so that the dress code can be fully implemented by providing guidance and collaborating with students' parents.

Abstract

Metacognitive functions as a means to regulate cognitive abilities, such as reading. The greater a person’s awareness of their metacognitive processes during reading, the more effectively they will comprehend the material. This research aims to assess the effectiveness of a flipped metacognitive strategy (FMS) as a learning approach that incorporates metacognitive skills with a focus on technology in education. A random selection method was employed to choose 28 participants for the study. The findings indicated a notable difference in the average scores of students’ metacognitive awareness before and after the implementation of the FMS. Specifically, metacognitive awareness in reading improved from a score of 56.42, categorized as “good enough”, to 80.79, classified as “very good”. The effectiveness assessment revealed that the N-Gain percent value for students’ metacognitive awareness stands at 54.81%, placing it in the less effective category. Therefore, the FMS can be utilized to enhance metacognitive awareness in reading. Nonetheless, this strategy requires ongoing implementation to be optimally effective in tracking the advancement of students’ metacognitive awareness, particularly in reading. As long as learning strategies are in place, educators must elevate the quality of instructional materials and pay greater attention to the learning needs of students. To enhance reading comprehension, teachers should foster students’ metacognitive awareness, which encompasses understanding various reading strategies, recognizing problem-solving techniques during reading, and being aware of the factors that contribute to reading comprehension.
