Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the performance of Krosok Village Office employees through the implementation of human resource audits. The population and samples taken were all employees of the Krosok Village Office, with as many as 20 people as samples. The data in this study were obtained from the results of questionnaires and literature studies, which were then analyzed using a descriptive-qualitative method. Based on the research that has been carried out, it is known that employee performance has been running effectively according to its function in implementing human resource audits. Keywords: Management Audit, Human Resource Audit, Performance, Human Resources Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja pegawai Kantor Desa Krosok melalui penerapan audit sumber daya manusia. Populasi dan sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Desa Krosok dan sebanyak 20 orang sebagai sampel. Data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari hasil kuesioner dan studi literatur kemudian analisis data dengan metode deskriptif-kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah dilaksanakan, diketahui bahwa kinerja pegawai telah berjalan secara efektif sesuai fungsinya dalam menerapkan audit sumber daya manusia. Kata kunci: Audit Manajemen, Audit Sumber Daya Manusia, Kinerja, Sumber Daya Manusia
