Abstract

Abstrak PT Sari Warna Asli Garment ini mempunyai target produksi dan target produksi tersebut masih seringbelum terpenuhi karena penataan ruang yang kurang rapi di Gedung warehouse Oleh karena itudiperlukan sistem penataan dan budaya yang baik untuk pada warehouse agar dapat meningkatkanpenggunaaan tempat secara efisien dan tidak menghampan proses produksi perusahaan, salah satubudaya dan system kerja tersebut adalah 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). Penelitian inimenghasilkan beberapa usulan budaya 5S yaitu pengelompokkan barang berdasarkan tingkatkepentingan, penataan dan perbaikan layout, memberikan standar aturan untuk menjaga kebersihanwarehouse, dan juga menerapkan audit serta inspeksi terkait kebersihan area warehouse. Penilaianawal audit 5S mempunyai nilai total sebesar 63 dimana dari aspek seiri adalah 11, seiton 11, seiso 13.seiketsu 13, dan shitsuke 15 setelah dilakukan perbaikan meningkat sebesar 13 poin menjadi 76. Selainitu didapatkan juga hasil perbaikan layout menggunakan bantuan metode Activity RelationshipDiagram tujuannya untuk mengetahui dan mengidentifikasi derajat hubungan berdasarkan jarak antarbarang-barang yang sudah dikelompokkan agar lebih efisien.Kata Kunci: 5S; Seiri; Seiton; Seiso; Seiketsu; Shitsuke; Gudang Abstract [Warehouse Improvement Recommendations Using the 5S Method Approach (Case Study: PT SariWarna Asli Garment)]. PT Sari Warna Asli Garment has production targets and these productiontargets are often not met due to untidy spatial planning in the warehouse building. Therefore, a goodorganizational and cultural system is needed for the warehouse so that it can increase the efficient useof space and not hamper the process. company production, one of the culture and work system is 5S(Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). This research resulted in several suggestions for 5S culture,namely grouping goods based on importance, structuring and improving layouts, providing standardrules for maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and also implementing audits and inspections regardingthe cleanliness of the warehouse area. The initial assessment of the 5S audit has a total value of 63where from the seiri aspect it is 11, seiton is 11, seiso is 13. seiketsu is 13, and shitsuke is 15 afterrepairs have increased by 13 points to 76. In addition, the results of layout improvements were alsoobtained using the Activity Relationship method. The purpose of the diagram is to find out and identifythe degree of relationship based on the distance between items that have been grouped to make it moreefficient.Keywords: 5S; Seiri; Seiton, Seisol Seiketsu; Shitsuke; Warehouse
