Abstract

AbstrakIndustri karet berperan penting dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen yang tinggi, namunketergantungan pada mesin dan tenaga kerja manual menyebabkan risiko Gangguan Muskuloskeletal(MSDs) akibat postur tubuh yang tidak ergonomis dan repetitif. Di PT. Indo Java Rubber Planting,pekerja pada mesin Creeper 2 mengalami keluhan muskuloskeletal yang signifikan, yang menunjukkanperlunya penilaian ergonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis postur kerja menggunakan metodeRapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) untuk mengidentifikasi faktor risiko, serta memberikanrekomendasi perbaikan guna meningkatkan keselamatan dan produktivitas pekerja.Kata Kunci: industri karet, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), penilaian ergonomi, Rapid Entire BodyAssessment (REBA), keselamatan pekerja, produktivitas. AbstractThe rubber industry plays a crucial role in meeting high consumer demand; however, reliance onmachinery and manual labor poses risks of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) due to non-ergonomicand repetitive postures. At PT. Indo Java Rubber Planting, workers on the Creeper 2 machineexperience significant musculoskeletal complaints, indicating the need for ergonomic assessment.
