Abstract

Pendidikan saat ini menghadapi tantangan signifikan, dengan kesulitan pemahaman materi oleh peserta didik yang disebabkan oleh pendekatan pengajaran tradisional dan rendahnya minat serta motivasi belajar, menekankan perlunya kreativitas dan inovasi guru untuk menciptakan kelas yang dinamis guna meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merinci praktik-praktik kreatif dan inovatif yang dapat diterapkan oleh guru, mengukur dampaknya terhadap partisipasi dan pemahaman peserta didik. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi nyata pada pemahaman guru tentang bagaimana menciptakan kelas yang efektif dan memotivasi Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendidikan mengandalkan peran guru sebagai pembimbing utama yang memerlukan perencanaan yang sistematis. Kreativitas dan inovasi guru penting dalam proses pembelajaran, melibatkan penggunaan pendekatan kreatif dan respons terhadap dinamika kelas. Dalam manajemen kelas, tantangan kompleks dari dinamika sosial dan perkembangan teknologi membutuhkan inovasi terus-menerus untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik mengalami peningkatan.  Education today faces significant challenges, with learners struggling to understand material due to traditional teaching approaches and low interest and motivation to learn, emphasizing the need for teacher creativity and innovation to create dynamic classrooms to improve learning effectiveness. The aim of this research is to detail creative and innovative practices that teachers can implement and measure their impact on learner participation and understanding. This research applies a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that education relies on the role of the teacher as the main guide, requiring systematic planning. Teacher creativity and innovation are important in the learning process, involving the use of creative approaches and responses to classroom dynamics. In classroom management, the complex challenges of social and technological dynamics require constant innovation to improve learner motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Christian religious education in Indonesia faces challenges in aligning its curriculum with the changing needs of society. This study aims to explore the dynamics and implementation of the Christian religious education curriculum and its impact on student character formation. The method used is a literature study, which includes an analysis of literature related to curriculum development. The results of the study indicate that factors such as government policies and contributions from educational institutions influence the effectiveness of the curriculum. The implications of this study highlight the need for curriculum development that is more responsive and adaptive to pluralistic social and cultural contexts, as well as the need for collaboration between educational institutions and the church.
