Abstract

Lubricants are chemical substances that are generally in liquid form, which are used in frictional components. Its function is to reduce friction, reduce wear, reduce vibration, maintain the age of the tool or component and maintain temperature during operation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of a mixture of lubricants on TAN (Total Acid Number) and viscosity, and to determine the effect of time on TAN (Total Acid Number) and viscosity. It was carried out with 5 different concentrations of the mixture, namely 100:0, 80:20, 90:10, 95:5, 0:100 then the concentration of this mixture was tested on the headstock gearbox of a conventional lathe DoALL LT 13 for 21 hours at each concentration, then the test is carried out on the lubricant sample repeated 3 times every 1 hour. The viscosity test on lubricating oil samples was carried out at 40°C and the TAN (Total Acid Number) test was carried out at room temperature. This research was conducted using the ANOVA method and it was concluded that the analysis showed that mixing and time had a significant effect on TAN (Total Acid Number) and viscosity.

Abstract

Pelatihan membaca gambar teknik merupakan keterampilan penting dalam industri manufaktur guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan ketepatan dalam proses produksi. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan PT. SANDEN INDONESIA dalam membaca dan memahami gambar teknik, sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan efisiensi kerja dan mengurangi kesalahan dalam proses produksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini meliputi pemaparan teori, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung dalam membaca gambar teknik sesuai standar industri. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta dalam menginterpretasikan gambar teknik dengan lebih baik, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas produk dan efektivitas operasional perusahaan. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat jangka panjang bagi karyawan maupun perusahaan dalam menghadapi tantangan industri yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

This study examines how Baitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) resolves financing disputes internally. Employing a qualitative approach with library research, the study draws on scholarly articles, books, and related documents. Data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively to identify common internal settlement practices that align with Sharia principles and national law. Results indicate that BMTs typically use deliberation among parties, mediation involving management or the Sharia Supervisory Board, and restructuring of financing as primary means to resolve conflicts. These options are favored to preserve institutional-member relationships and reduce adverse financial and social consequences. When internal measures do not succeed, disputes may be referred to Sharia arbitration or to religious courts. The findings highlight the importance of blending Sharia values with positive legal frameworks to ensure dispute resolution is fair, efficient, and sustainable.

Abstract

Village fund management requires transparency and community participation. One effort to support this is the implementation of the Kawal Desa application as a digital solution. This community service activity aims to enhance the digital literacy of village officials and residents, as well as to strengthen oversight of village fund usage. Methods employed include workshops, distribution of materials, and application usage demonstrations. The results indicate an improved understanding among village officials and residents in operating the application, leading to more transparent and efficient village services. This activity contributes to fostering collaboration between village authorities and the community toward more informative and integrated village governance.
