Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh guru Biologi di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Pesisir Selatan ditujukan oleh rendahnya Hasil Belajar Siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran di kelas. Cara yang diperkirakan dapat membantu untuk meningkatkan kreaktifan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar adalah hasil belajar siswa kelompok memakai media smart sheets, akan membuat semua siswa berpartisipasi secara aktif untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi kelompoknya. Dengan demikian diharapkan Hasil Belajar Siswa juga dapat ditingkatkan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari 2 kali pertemuan. Berdasarkan kelemahan atau kekurangan yang terlihat pada lebih baik pada siklus II, agar peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa yang terjadi benar-benar signifikan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Pesisir Selatan Dengan Media Smart Sheets. Dalam Pembelajaran Biologi, hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang berpatisipasi aktif menjawab soal siklus I 53,2%, siklus II 78,1 %, aktif mengajukan pertanyaan siklus 1,25 %, pada siklus II, 54,2 %, siswa yang aktif menjawab dengan pertanyaan siklus I 43,8 %, siklus II 54,2%, siswa yang mengemukakan pendapat siklus I 23,8%, siklus II 52,1%, dan siswa yang membuat kesimpulan siklus I, 46,9 %, siklus II 81,3 %. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh selama pembelajaran pada penelitian tindakan kelas ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 3 Pesisir Selatan Dengan Media Smart Sheets Dalam Pembelajaran Biologi.

Abstract

Domestic violence is any act against a person, especially women, that results in physical, sexual, psychological, and/or domestic neglect, including threats to commit acts, coercion, harassment, or unlawful deprivation of independence within the scope of the household. As stated in Article 1, Paragraph 1, of Law No. 23 of 2003 concerning the elimination of domestic violence, In the event of domestic violence, the settlement, although there is a law regulating domestic violence that requires the settlement process in court, still chooses customary law institutions to resolve domestic disputes. The people of Gayo Lues, in each gampong, have a customary institution that handles everything related to the interests of the community both internally and externally, namely the Geucik or penghulu. The community prefers to resolve cases of domestic violence through gampong customary institutions because the principles are in accordance with the values that have developed in the community. Customary law can resolve problems in a peaceful and easy way, and customary justice will realize the principles of kinship, peace, harmony, sincerity, and a strong sense of brotherhood. Settlement by customary law does not recognize defeat and victory and can even strengthen the bonds of brotherhood that were almost broken due to domestic violence. The pattern of resolving domestic violence cases resolved by Pak Geucik Gampong Penggalangan begins with a report from the victim or perpetrator, then, at a predetermined time, separate mediation is held by calling the victim or perpetrator in turn, after which mediation or deliberation is held simultaneously and a decision is made that has been agreed upon by both parties and outlined in an agreement letter.

Abstract

Children with special needs, known as ABK, are children who are educated to train and increase their potential. Special special schools play a role in providing assistance in understanding the situation that occurs around ABK through religious education assistance to form good character and assistance through the development of existing skills in ABK. The research aims to find out the role of SLBN Pidie in assisting children with special needs in Pidie Regency with a qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentary study techniques, and completing the results of the research the author also uses literature review. The results of this study show that the role of SLBN Pidie in assisting children with special needs has not been running in accordance with the procedure, namely: (1) the number of general teachers who teach at SLBN Pidie, (2) the mixing of students with various disabilities in one class due to lack of facilities, (3) the absence of parental involvement in the mentoring process carried out at school. Researchers suggest that schools often conduct training for SLBN Pidie teachers to improve teacher competence in the education of children with special needs.

Abstract

This research answers the formulation of the problem, namely: 1. How is the level of achievement of students in FUF and FTK UIN Ar-Raniry who follow the HMI organization, 2. What are the supporting factors for student achievement in FUF and FTK UIN Ar-Raniry who follow the HMI organization, 3. What are the inhibiting factors for student achievement in FUF and FTK UIN Ar-Raniry who follow the HMI organization and their solutions. The data collection techniques used in this research are Library Research (library data), namely: research conducted by collecting library data, this is done to get theories that are closely related to this research and to see previous research, and Field Research, namely: research conducted to obtain primary data related to research, by using a questionnaire. The results of this study are the average grade point average of all respondents for each semester has increased positively. Based on the documentation data, it was found that in the middle of the management, the respondents experienced an increase in the achievement index. Whereas in the following semester, the respondent's achievement index decreased but was still higher than the achievement index from the beginning of the management. Supporting factors for FUF and FTK UIN Ar-Raniry students who join the HMI organization include internal factors consisting of intelligence, motivation, talent, health, psychology, and achievement maturity.
