<![CDATA[Saat ini, perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi informasi semakin berkembang pesat. Agar suatu instansi/perusahaan dapat menggunakan informasi sebagai dasar pengelolaan dan pengolahan data, diperlukan sistem aplikasi di berbagai bidang (Deddy, 2016). Penggunaan sistem informasi di rumah sakit (SIMRS) sangat penting untuk mencapai pelayanan yang berkualitas. Namun perlu dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi untuk mengetahui manfaat SIMRS di unit kerja rumah sakit. Dengan demikian, rumah sakit dapat mengembangkan SIMRS dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan dan kegunaan SIMRS. Tujuan kajian literatur ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memandu dan menghambat penerapan sistem informasi manajemen informasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode database elektronik yang menggunakan Google Scholar untuk pencarian jurnal dengan istilah pencarian “Sistem informasi manajemen di rumah sakitâ€. Sebanyak 20.600 jurnal tersedia, namun hanya 10 yang memenuhi kriteria. Hasil kajian mengidentifikasi tiga penyebab utama: prosedur operasi standar (SPO) dan integritas manajemen, pemahaman dan keterampilan SDM, sistem dan teknologi. Kata Kunci: Faktor Penghambat, implementasi, SIMRS, standar prosedur operasionalToday the development and progress of information technology is growing rapidly. The implementation of an information system in hospitals (SIMRS) is very important to achieve quality services. However, it is necessary to monitor and evaluate to find out how the benefits of SIMRS in the hospital work unit. Thus, it allows the hospital to develop SIMRS taking into account the factors that influence and benefit the use of SIMRS. The purpose of this literature review is to determine the driving and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Information Management Information Systems. The method used is the electronic data base method, the search for journals using google schoolar with the keyword "management information systems in hospitals", totaling 20,600 journals but only using 10 journals that match the criteria.
