Abstract

Job or work-related stress is a response that a person may have when faced with demands and work pressures that are not their knowledge and ability to be able to handle it. The purpose of this study is to find out how the stress management of nurses at RSUD dr. M.M Dunda Limboto. This research method is quantitative research with a descriptive analysis research design. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire sheets with a population of 73 respondents. The number of respondents was taken using purposive sampling techniques. The data was obtained by statistically using frequency distribution. The results of nurses' work stress management with an individual approach with sufficient category 60.3%, organizational approach sufficient category 57.5%, and social approach sufficient category 50.7%. It is suggested that this study is expected to add references to health services on how stress management in nurses.

Abstract

Caring behavior can be shown in interpersonal relationships, namely relationships that occur between nurses and patients, where nurses show caring perception behavior through attention, interventions to maintain patient health, and positive energy given to patients. Nurses' caring behavior has started to be good, but there are still some nurses whose caring behavior is bad The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence nurses' caring behavior in nursing practice at the hospital. Dr. MM Dunda Limboto. The design of this study is an Analytical Observational study with a cross-sectional approach. This research was carried out at RSUD. Dr.MM Dunda Limboto. The number of samples was 39 people. The results of the chi-square analysis test research obtained a p-value of  < α 0.00, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge to nursing caring behavior, and there is a workload relationship to nurse caring behavior There is, there is an environmental relationship to nurse caring behavior. The existence of this research is expected to increase and increase nurses' awareness of caring behavior so that health services can be carried out effectively. It is recommended that this study be a reference for improving caring services for nurses and other health workers

Abstract

Penyakit hipertensi pada lansia juga diperkirakan karena tingkat kecemasan yang dialami  seseorang, kecemasan dapat meningkatkan tekanan darah. Hormon adrenalin akan meningkat sewaktu kita mengalami cemas dan itu bisa mengakibatkan jantung memompa darah lebih cepat sehingga tekanan darah pun meningkat. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kecemasan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada lansia di Desa Pauwo Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Jenis penelitian deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan cross sectional, pada variabel tingkat kecemasan dan kejadian hipertensi. Populasi yaitu lansia di Desa Pauwo, jumlah sampel 80 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan kuesioner kecemasan Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) dan tensimeter digital. Data hasil penelitian kemudian ditabulasi dan dianalisis dengan uji Kai-kuadrat (X2) (a0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar lansia di Desa Pauwo mengalami kecemasan ringan (36,3%) dan hipertensi ringan (31,3%). Hasil uji mendapatkan nilai x2 hitung 52,387 dan p value sebesar 0,000. Disimpulkan ada hubungan kecemasan dengan kejadian hipertensi pada lansia di Desa Pauwo Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Disarankan pada lansia sebaiknya secara rutin memeriksa tekanan darah mereka. Catat hasilnya dan diskusikan dengan dokter untuk pemantauan yang lebih baik. Selain itu perlu melakukan manajemen kesehatan mental, melalui pengelolaan stres dan kecemasan seperti melakukan meditasi, yoga, atau kegiatan yang memberikan relaksasi.

Abstract

One form of nursing service that determines the quality of the hospital is by conducting handovers using effective communication, namely SBAR communication, where in the implementation of SBAR the head of the room plays an important role in the success of its implementation. This study aims to analyze the Influence of the Role of the Head of the Room on the Effective Communication Ability of SBAR Nurses in Handovers in the Internal Room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Regional Hospital. The quantitative method with the research design used in the study is quantitative with correlational analytic with a cross-sectional design. This is a cross-sectional study, where the sample was selected through the total sampling method, with a sample of 35 nurse respondents in the Internal Room, then the sample in this study was all nurses in the Internal Room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Regional Hospital, Gorontalo City. Data analysis used the chi-square test (x2) with significance (<0.05). The results showed that there was an Influence of the Role of the Head of the Room on the Effective Communication Ability of SBAR Nurses in Handovers in the Internal Room of Prof. Dr. H. Aloei Saboe Regional Hospital with p. The value of 0.003 (≤0.05) suggests that the ward head needs to periodically evaluate the nurses' effective SBAR communication skills to improve the quality of nursing services in the Internal Medicine Unit.

Abstract

Hypertension is a health problem that has a high prevalence of occurrence both globally, nationally and regionally. Hypertension is also related to adherence to taking medication to control blood pressure progressively, for that it is necessary to increase adherence to taking medication through nursing education using one of the leaflet media. This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of Nursing Education on Patient Compliance in Taking Hypertension Medication at the North City Community Health Center, Gorontalo City. The quantitative method with the research design used in the study is quantitative with a pre-experimental pre-post test design approach. The sample was selected through a purposive sampling method, with a sample of 42 respondents with hypertension in the North City Community Health Center work area. Data analysis used a paired t-test with significance (<0.05). The results of the study showed that Nursing Education was Effective in Increasing Patient Compliance in Taking Hypertension Medication at the North City Community Health Center, Gorontalo City, as evidenced by the p-value (0.000 <0.05). This study recommends the need for regular evaluation of medication adherence to prevent ongoing complications in patients with hypertension.
