Abstract

Coronary heart disease (CHD) is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases and causes the highest number of deaths globally. This study aims to describe the relationship between physical activity and the incidence of CHD. The research method used is a literature review, where data is collected from various related studies. The results showed that physical activity was significantly related to the incidence of CHD. CHD patients tend to do light physical activity because heavy activity can cause pain and discomfort. This study emphasizes the importance of regular physical activity in preventing and managing CHD. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the level of physical activity and the incidence of CHD, and regular physical activity can improve the quality of life of CHD patients.

Abstract

The use of digital technology has brought significant changes in the public health sector. This article analyzes policies related to the use of digital technology in public health services, focusing on innovations such as telemedicine, wearable devices, and electronic health information systems. The results of the study show that digital technology improves the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of health services, while supporting disease prevention and individual health management. However, challenges such as limited infrastructure, data privacy, as well as digital skills need to be addressed. Collaboration between the government, health institutions, and the community is the key to optimizing the application of digital technology in health services.

Abstract

Sanitasi yang baik di tempat rekreasi menjadi salah satu indikator penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang sehat dan aman bagi pengunjung, Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi sanitasi di objek wisata Central Park Zoo & Resort Sumatera Utara. Metode : Metode yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dengan teknik observasi langsung menggunakan lembar checklist berdasarkan indikator dari Kementerian Kesehatan. Komponen yang dinilai meliputi kebersihan lingkungan, penyediaan air bersih, toilet umum, pembuangan air limbah, pengelolaan sampah, sarana penyuluhan, fasilitas kesehatan, dan alat pemadam kebakaran, Hasil : Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa objek wisata ini memenuhi standar sanitasi dengan skor 88,54%, yang tergolong dalam kategori “layak sehat”. Fasilitas seperti toilet dan air bersih sudah sesuai standar, namun masih terdapat kekurangan pada sistem saluran limbah yang belum tertutup sempurna dan tidak tersedianya klinik kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bagi pengelola dan pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sanitasi di tempat-tempat umumKata kunci : Sanitasi; tempat wisata, kesehatan lingkungan, objek wisata, bersih
