<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya kajian sosiologi sastra berupa aspek sosiologi sastra, aspek sosial dan moral, serta relevansi bahan ajar apresiasi sastra. Adapun alasan pemilihan novel sebagai objek penelitian dikarenakan bahan ajar yang terdahulu lebih sering menggunakan contoh novel yang tidak asing. Oleh sebab itu, pada penelitian ini menggunakan novel yang jarang diketahui oleh peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, karena penelitian ini menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata lisan atau tulisan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat aspek sosiologi sastra. Bahwasanya ketika telaah tersebut ada pada novel Senja di Jakarta dengan total 61 data termasuk di dalamnya, data Etika 16; data Keadaan Ekonomi 12; data Ketaatan Beragama 20; data Latar Belakang Pendidikan 5; data Cinta Kasih 8. Dengan didapatkannya data tersebut bisa di jadikan pembelajaran bagi peserta didik pada mata pelajaran apresiasi sastra, bahwa dengan terdapatnya data Nilai Etika, Keadaan Ekonomi, Ketaatan Beragama, Latar Belakang Pendidikan, dan Cinta Kasih bisa membentuk evaluasi bagi karakter peserta didik saat pembelajaran apresiasi sastra. Adapun hasil analisis pada aspek sosial dan aspek moral pada tokoh di dalam novel Senja di Jakarta dengan total 27 data dari data keseluruhan.Kata Kunci: Sosiologi Sastra, Novel, Senja di Jakarta, Bahan Ajar, Apresiasi Sastra.This study aims to determine the existence of a sociology of literature study in the form of aspects of sociology of literature, social and moral aspects, as well as the relevance of teaching materials for appreciation of literature. The reason for selecting the novel as the object of research is because the previous teaching materials used more familiar examples of novels. Therefore, in this study using a novel that is rarely known by students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, because this research produces descriptive data in the form of spoken or written words. The result of this study is that there are sociological aspects of literature. Whereas when the study was on the novel Senja di Jakarta with a total of 61 data including Ethics 16 data; data on the State of the Economy 12; data on Religious Obedience 20; educational background data 5; Loving-Kindness data 8. Obtaining this data can be used as learning for students in the subject of literary appreciation, that with data on Ethical Values, Economic Conditions, Religious Obedience, Educational Background, and Love can form an evaluation of the character of students when literary appreciation learning.
