Abstract

In the pre-cycle formative test, the result of learning Mathematics for simple fractions showed a very low average score of 57.3 with a completeness percentage of 20%. This result is because students think mathematic is a difficult subject, so that students are less interested, low motivation and lack of understanding. Therefore, it is necessary to improve learning for class III students at UPT SDN 281 Gresik in mathematics lesson about simple fractions using concrete media, in this case concrete media use snacks. This research has the goal of increasing student learning outcomes. This research method is qualitative in the form of the Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were class III students at UPT SDN 281 Gresik, which consisted of 15 students consisting of 7 male students and 8 famale students. This research occurred in 2 cycles. Cycle 1 obtained increased results, with the average value of 64.7 with a completeness percentage of 47%. In cycle 2 there was a very significant increase, with the formative test score of 83 with a completeness percentage of 93%. This shows that the use of concrete media in mathematics lessons about simple fractions for class III UPT SDN 281 Gresik students can improve student learning outcomes. Abstract

Gerakan 1.000 HPK sejalan dengan upaya global dalam penanganan masalah gizi melalui program Scaling-up Nutrition Movement untuk menurunkan masalah gizi, dengan fokus 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (270 hari selama kehamilan dan 730 hari dari kelahiran sampai 2 tahun). Pentingnya peengetahuan ibu tentang makanan bergizi mulai dari perencanaan kehamilan sampai 1.000 HPK untuk mencegah terjadinya gizi buruk pada balita.  data UPTD Puskesmas Blang Mangat tahun 2024 terdapat 66 anak yang mengalami stunting, sedangkan anak yang mengalami wasting sebanyak 110 kasus dan anak yang mengalami Underweight sebanyak 200 kasus. Sedangkan di Puskesmas Blang Cut terdapat 78 kasus stunting dengan 41 wasting dan yang underweight sebanyak 89 kasus. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini mampu memberikan Pemberdayaan perempuan akan dilakukan dengan bekerja sama dengan dibantu oleh kader desa untuk penanganan gizi buruk. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini dengan pemberian edukasi atau penyuluhan, pelatihan, pemberdayaan masyarakat, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan tatap muka melibatkan 20 peserta. Program mencakup sosialisasi, pemaparan materi, diskusi, tanya jawab,  dan evaluasi pre test dan post-test. Hasil setelah diadakan penyuluhan, terdapat kenaikan pemahaman peserta yang cukup signifikan. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai post test yang didapat peserta. Sebanyak 87% bisa menjawab pertanyaan post test dengan benar.
