Abstract

Identity and representation are two significant things in human life. While religion and ethnicity are two things that become the identity and representation of humans. The democratic process in Indonesia is inseparable from the political orientation of identity and representation. This research is qualitative in nature, focusing on the case of the 2018-2022 DKI Regional Election in the second round. The case will be analyzed using the theory of identity politics and political representation. The results show that identity politics orientation and political representation affect the democratic process. Democratization that upholds freedom is the basis for every individual to actualize themselves, including in political matters. The individual freedom guaranteed by the constitution in Indonesia reflects the high popularity of this democratic system. However, this freedom has ultimately made the divide between identities (religion, ethnicity, language, gender, etc.) in Indonesia clearer, especially in relation to the nation's political issues. The issue of religion and nationalism are two identities that are currently being debated in Indonesia. The polemics of identity politics are increasingly tapering until the emergence of truth claims that one interest group is better than other interest groups, this interest affair then begins to divide the nation that previously upheld differences.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to achieve successful implementation of the quality and free scholarship program (PERINTIS) for students in Lamongan Regency who are less prosperous and high achieving students organized by the Regent of Lamongan through the Lamongan Regency Education Office. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, namely by describing and analyzing research results. So it can be accounted for and easily understood. This research uses data sources from scientific journals, literature books, official websites. This research also uses data collection techniques by observation, interviews and documentation. The informant selection technique uses purposive sampling and the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The research results show that the implementation of the PERINTIS scholarship program can be said to be in accordance with the criteria of Edward III's theory, namely, communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure. So the results obtained were that the implementation of the PERINTIS scholarship program carried out by the Lamongan Regency Education Office was quite effective. The implementation of this program is beneficial for the community and organizations and the quality and free scholarship program (PERINTIS) will be carried out on an ongoing basis. There are several obstacles in implementing the PERINTIS scholarship program, including selection time constraints in determining whether recipients of the PERINTIS scholarship program are eligible or not, as well as limited numbers and time for the survey team.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan sumber utama pembiayaan pembangunan nasional, namun tingkat kesadaran dan kepatuhan pajak generasi muda masih rendah, termasuk di Desa Rahayu. Minimnya literasi perpajakan serta keterbatasan pemanfaatan layanan digital menjadi tantangan utama. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran pajak dan keterampilan teknis pelaporan SPT Tahunan secara digital (e-Filing) di kalangan Karang Taruna Desa Rahayu. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan partisipatif, pelatihan teknis, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan personal. Program bimbingan teknis pelaporan SPT Tahunan yang dilaksanakan di Desa Rahayu bersama Karang Taruna “Adhinata Muda” terbukti mampu meningkatkan literasi dan kesadaran pajak generasi muda. Kegiatan ini memberikan pemahaman mendasar mengenai pentingnya pajak bagi pembangunan nasional, tata cara pelaporan SPT, serta keterampilan praktis dalam memanfaatkan layanan digital perpajakan melalui e-Filing.
