Abstract

The tornado disaster in Ciamis Regency damaged 55 buildings, including the Panawangan District Office. The aim of this research was to identify the condition and level of damage to the Light Steel Roof Frame Structures that were damaged and determine the ranking or percentage of damage. By making direct observations at the location of the incident. The result is that: The roof covering element uses zincalum metal with the batten frame partially damaged on the left side of the building above the hall and the right corner of the front of the building. The battom chord, top chord and web elements are partially detached. The trim element made of GRC material is damaged. came loose, and the Gypsum ceiling elements with hollow frames fell on the outside and inside the hall. The percentage of damage obtained is 14.50% and the damage level ≤ 30% is categorized as Light Damage.

Abstract

The New Classroom of Galuh University is a 2-storey building that uses concrete floor panel slab construction. The use of the concrete floor panel slabs is due to insufficient road access to the location to use ready mix cast concrete and to streamline project implementation time. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the cost and time comparison of the work of conventional concrete floor slabs and concrete floor panels is. This research was conducted in the new classroom building of Galuh University. The results of data analysis show that the budget required for conventional concrete floor slab work in Galuh University's New Classroom Building is Rp. 368,160,000.00,- with the price for 1 m3 is Rp. 4,613,524.65,-. And the budget needed for the floor panel slab work on the Galuh University New Classroom Building is Rp. 359,100,000.00,- with the price for 1 m3 is Rp. 4,500,000,000.00,-. Based on the price comparison, concrete floor slabs are about 2.46% more efficient than conventional concrete slabs. This is because there is a price difference of Rp. 9,060,000.00,-. The work time needed to complete the Conventional Floor Plate work is 27 days and the work time needed to complete the Floor Panel Plate work is 21 Days. Based on the comparison of work time, Floor panel plates are 22.22% more efficient for work time.

Abstract

Pemilihan bahan struktur rangka atap sangat diperlukan Untuk mendapatkan rangka struktur atap yang dapat menahan beban penutup atap yang akan dibawanya Dan mudah dalam perawatannya, belakangan ini banyak bermunculan bahan bangunan yang sangat bervariasi. Diantara material bangunan tersebut termasuk untuk rangka struktur atap karena bahan rangka atap dari kayu saat ini untuk mendapatkan kayu berkualitas sangat jarang, banyak material bangunan baru yang lebih hemat menggunakan baja ringan saja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui perbandingan dan perbedaan biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk pekerjaan pembuatan rangka atap menggunakan bahan kayu dan baja ringan.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis harga satuan pekerjaan berpedoman pada AHSP Permen PUPR Nomor 1 Tahun 2022 yaitu dengan melakukan bantuan dengan menganalisis gambar teknik untuk mendapatkan volume pekerjaan, dan menganalisis biaya satuan untuk setiap item pekerjaan, dan membuat rencana anggaran biaya , untuk mendapatkan biaya yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh harga tiap rangka atap antara rangka atap baja ringan dan kayu memiliki harga yang berbeda diantaranya : Biaya rangka atap rangka konstruksi dengan baja ringan sebesar Rp. 148.529.768,- dan biaya pembuatan rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 113.775.328,-. Perhitungan biaya pemesanan atap ini tidak memperhitungkan biaya penutupan atap.Sedangkan selisih biaya dari kedua bahan tersebut dibandingkan biaya konstruksi rangka atap dengan baja ringan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan biaya konstruksi rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 34.754.440,-. - dan biaya pembuatan rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 113.775.328,-. Perhitungan biaya pemesanan atap ini tidak memperhitungkan biaya penutupan atap. Sedangkan selisih biaya dari kedua bahan tersebut dibandingkan biaya konstruksi rangka atap dengan baja ringan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan biaya konstruksi rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 34.754.440,-. - dan biaya pembuatan rangka atap dengan kayu sebesar Rp. 113.775.328,-. Abstract

Building is a physical form of work that functions as a place to live, for religious, social, cultural activities, as well as special activities. In building construction the types of structures that can be used steel construction and reinforced concrete structures. The two structures differ in terms of nature, material, method of implementation and most importantly in terms of strength and cost. The purpose of this research is to plan reinforced concrete structures using the Etabs program to determine the dimensions of columns and beams, as well as to analyze the cost of reinforced concrete columns and beams. As a comparison to the structure and cost of elements columns and beams steel construction, is this alternative more efficient and economical or vice versa. Research using comparative method. The comparative method is research that is intended to determine the level of difference a variable from two different groups.The results of the research show that a comparison of structures based on the strength to carry the same load on column and beam elements is obtained for existing steel construction K1-H400, K2-H300, B1-WF500, B2-WF450, B3-WF350, B4-WF300, B5-WF200, B6-WF250, B7-WF150, B8-WF400. while for reinforced concrete the planning results using the Etabs program obtained K1 50x50cm, K2 40x40cm, B1 30x60cm, B2 25x50cm, BA 20x40cm. Cost comparison between steel construction and reinforced concrete for column and beam elements with the existing price of steel construction Rp. 2,491,416,316. while the price of reinforced concrete structures is Rp. 789,569,564. the cost of reinforced concrete structures is cheaper than steel construction with a difference in costs of Rp. 1,701,846,752 or a percentage of 68.3 %
