Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the liquidity ratio (current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio) to the profitability ratio (return on assets) at PT MAYORA TBK listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with the ratio analysis method. In this study, the current ratio value of 315% is greater than the general standard for similar industries, which is only 200%, while the Quick Ratio performs well and is satisfactory in financial terms because its average of 248% has exceeded the industry standard of only 150%, the Cash Ratio has an average value of 81% higher than the general standard for similar industries, which is 50%, and ROA can be concluded to be in accordance with the standard. PT Mayora Tbk exceeds 5%, indicating the company's ability to generate profit on sales can be said to be good because the average ROA value in this period reached 13%; therefore, the company's performance is quite satisfactory and is considered stable in 2019-2023.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social media marketing on the behavioral intention of digital banking consumers through brand experience and relationship marketing in the city of Palembang. This research uses a quantitative approach to explain the position of the variables studied and the relationship between one variable and another. This research is intended to test hypotheses that have been previously formulated. The results of this research will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this research, the analysis method used is path analysis with path analysis using the SmartPLS program. The results of this research found that 1) There is a partial influence Brand experience on Behavioral intention 2) There is an influence of Relationship marketing on Behavioral intention 3) There is an influence of Social media marketing on Behavioral intention 4) The moderating role of Relationship marketing has no influence between Social media marketing on Behavioral intention 5) The Moderating role of Brand experience has no influence between Social media marketing on Behavioral intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Divre III Palembang secara parsial dan bersama-sama. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 menggunakan rumus slofin pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengujian instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas dan reliabilitas, sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhdap kinerja karyawan.
