Abstract

Abstrak. Menjadi seorang guru bukanlah hal yang mudah, walaupun semua orang bisa menjadi guru namun belum tentu dia bahagia dengan profesinya. Serumit dan se lelah apapun profesi guru pendidikan anak usia dini akan lebih mudah di jalani ketika seorang guru itu memiliki kebahagiaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Kebahagiaan Guru dengan Gaji Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data melalui survei. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas dan reabilitas, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Kebahagiaan Guru dengan Gaji Guru Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Dengan gaji yang tinggi membuat guru semakin bahagia dan semangat untuk mengajar karena dapat memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari dan juga guru bisa lebih sejahtera. Abstract. Becoming a teacher is not an easy thing, although everyone can become a teacher, they are not necessarily happy with their profession. No matter how complicated and tiring the profession of an early childhood education teacher is, it will be easier to carry out when a teacher is happy. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between Teacher Happiness and Early Childhood Education Teacher Salaries. This research method uses quantitative research by collecting data through surveys. Based on the results of validity and reliability tests, researchers concluded that there is a relationship between Teacher Happiness and Early Childhood Education Teacher Salaries. A high salary makes teachers happier and more enthusiastic about teaching because it can meet their daily needs and teachers can also be more prosperous.
