Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what motivation is used in improving employee performance and also to find out the factors that influence improving employee performance at work. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method: interviews and direct observations of tofu and tempeh producer cooperatives in South Cikampek village. The study results were obtained from interviews with several business owners of tofu and tempeh producers and their employees. Work motivation provided by business owners is very influential in improving employee performance. It can create a good relationship between business owners and employees and build concern for employees in several factors, such as work quality, responsibility, and initiative. With the increase in employee performance, all things related to human resources can be appropriately maximized to achieve job satisfaction through good work quality, quantity, and good relationships to create a good work environment.

Abstract

Mini Egg Martabak is a business plan about egg martabak which is given a touch of cheese, sausage and casserole. Mini egg martabak is a traditional food made from spring roll skin which is topped with toppings and fried until crispy. This mini egg martabak has a savory taste because there is additional cheese in it and has a spicy taste if cayenne pepper or chili powder is added to it. This mini Egg Martabak is a home business that is sold at affordable prices with guaranteed quality raw materials. The inventory management for these mini egg martabaks is the main raw materials which include eggs, spring roll skins, spring onions, cabbage, seasonings, cooking oil and toppings. The purpose of this research is to determine the amount of inventory, the amount of material needed and determine a method for preparing production materials. Determine the ordering costs for each raw material using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) calculation.

Abstract

Burnout is a problem that occurs at the National Unity and Political Agency of the District. Karawang. This research aims to analyze and find out the factors that cause burnout, the impact of burnout, and to find out what strategies can minimize burnout in employees. This research is located at the office of the National Unity and Political Agency, Kab. Karawang. The research informants were secretariat staff, national insight analysis staff, and community staff. Primary data was collected through interviews, observation, documentation, and secondary data obtained from library research. Validity test using data triangulation and content analysis. The results of the research show that fatigue is an influential factor in causing burnout. The impact of burnout on employees is physical fatigue due to urgent tasks and receiving guests outside working hours. The strategy to minimize burnout is to create a conducive working atmosphere, providing balance. between challenge and comfort, creating a good work culture, and creating a good and comfortable environment.
