Abstract

Mastery of information technology has become the "lifestyle" of most people, especially the younger generation. Along with the shift of the world order from the traditional realm to the digital realm, the development of information and communication technology has also penetrated into the field of education. This study aims to determine that kahoot media can improve students' critical reasoning on PPKn learning in elementary school teachers, Tamansari District, Boyolali Regency. The research method uses a qualitative approach based on the philosophy of postpositivism. The population survey of this study was 12 teachers and 34 students consisting of 8 schools, and interviews of elementary school teachers. The results prove that kahoot media learning using methods, presentations and practicums is highly favored by teachers, on the one hand different in portraying online learning. Being enthusiastic and challenged, in the end these teachers will apply in their respective schools. This proves that kahoot media can improve students' critical reasoning in PPKn learning with a percentage of 37% very good and 62% choosing good. However, the infrastructure at the training site needs to be improved and improved to support the online learning process like this.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan asesmen sumatif berbasis aplikasi Kahoot untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Metode penelitian ini research and development dengan desain Borg and Gall 6 langkah yaitu potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, desain produk, revisi produk, validasi desain, uji coba pemakaian skala kecil, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian skala besar. Intrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar kevalidan untuk ahli dan praktisi, angket respon guru dan siswa, soal pretest dan posttest materi energi di Bumi akan habis. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa menurut praktisi asesmen yang dikembangkan praktis digunakan pada mata pelajaran IPAS. Uji keefektifan yang digunakan adalah uji paired sample t-test dan n-gain. Hasil uji paired sample t test adalah 0,000 yang artinya nilai uji n-gain dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kelas A (Kontrol) 0,1362 dan kelas B (Eksperimen) 0,4508 dengan kategori peningkatan sedang. Nilai Sig 0,000 < 0,05, maka H? ditolak dan H? diterima. Sehingga ada perbedaan rata-rata antara hasil pretest dengan posttest yang artinya  dampak penggunaan asesmen sumatif berbasis aplikasi Kahoot untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS berhasil. Selain itu, dampak yang dirasakan guru dapat memberikan umpan balik yang cepat dan efektif kepada siswa melalui Kahoot. Hasil N¬Gain kelas B (Eksperimen) 0,4508 masuk dalam kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa asesmen sumatif berbasis aplikasi Kahoot yang dikembangkan terbukti valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga layak untuk digunakan sebagai tes di sekolah dasar untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS.

Abstract

The economic concept is a science that studies human behavior in allocating limited resources to meet their varied and developing needs. The basic economic concepts introduced by Mark Blaug, such as production, consumption, trade and money, can be adapted and taught to children in social studies content in elementary schools. Thus, the link between Mark Blaug's economic concepts and social studies content in elementary schools provides a strong foundation for developing children's understanding of economics and social life in general. This helps them prepare to better understand and participate in the complex society of the future. The method used in the 'Literature review begins with selecting a topic, then determining keywords to search for journals using Indonesian and English through several databases including Google Scholar and Publish On Perish. This search was limited to journals from 2007 to 2023. Based on several explanations put forward, the Independent Curriculum Natural and Social Sciences (IPAS) learning has a significant connection with economic concepts. Thus, the link between Mark Blaug's economic concepts and social studies content in elementary schools provides a strong foundation for developing children's understanding of economics and social life in general.
