Abstract

The success of catfish cultivation is most influenced by the quality of the seeds. Proper selection of superior catfish seeds can increase crop yields and breeder profits. Seed selection needs to be assisted by the right decission making method. The aim of this research is to apply Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) in determining superior catfish seeds. Criteria for determining catfish seeds include growth rate, disease resistance, level of independence, seed size, and seed price. FCMC can support decision making for various criteria so that it can be used in determining superior catfish seeds. The research results show that FCMC can be used to determine superior catfish seeds. African catfish (clarias gariepinus) seeds were selected as superior seeds with the highest total score for each degree of optimism. At the optimization degree ? = 0, the total integral value reaches 0.349, at the optimization degree ? = 0.5, the total integral value reaches 0.417, and at the optimization degree ? = 1, the total integral value reaches 0.485, the highest compared to the other two seed variants. This research is useful in increasing catfish harvests, increasing profits for catfish farmers, and increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of catfish cultivation, especially in the Bandung Regency area.

Abstract

Memberi alat pengaman tambahan merupakan salah satu usaha untuk menurunkan risiko pencurian kendaraan bermotor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan membangun sebuah sistem pengaman sepeda motor menggunakan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP8266 dengan sensor RFID. Perangkat lunak pengendali dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman Arduino IDE. Perangkat lunak uga terpasang di telepon pintar berbasis Android, sehingga eksekusinya bisa dilakukan secara jauh melalui telepon pintar. Dengan fitur ini, perangkat dapat disebut sebagai perangkat sebagai Internet of Things (IoT). Antar muka pengguna dibangun di lingkungan Remote-XY. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor RFID untuk mengenali ID yang sudah didaftarkan pada sistem. Dengan demikian hanya ID yang terdaftar saja yang dapat menyalakan kendaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan E-KTP sebagai alat pengenal. Sistem dapat mendaftarkan tiga identitas dari kartu E-KTP atau Tag RFID. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap sistem, tag RFID tidak memberi tanggapan pada jarak lebih dari dua cm. Sistem juga tidak memberi tanggapan jika kartu tag RFID yang digunakan tidak terdaftar di dalam sistem. Penggunaan jaringan wifi berhasil mengirimkan data digital secara real-time dari mikrokontroler ESP 8266 ke aplikasi Android sehingga dapat menyalakan sistem kelistrikan pada sepeda motor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of administrative services at the Mamuju District Ministry of Religious Affairs Office before and after the implementation of the Pusaka Super Apps application as part of the digital transformation of public services. The method used in this study is comparative analysis with a qualitative descriptive approach, through document studies, community satisfaction survey data, and a review of policies and administrative service practices in the field. The results of the analysis show that before digitalization, administrative services were still dominated by manual systems that tended to be slow, lacked transparency, and depended on the physical presence of applicants. After the implementation of the Pusaka Super Apps since early 2023, there has been a significant improvement in service speed, transparency of procedures and costs, integrity of the apparatus, and ease of access to services for the community. This is reflected in the increase in the Community Satisfaction Index, which has reached the excellent category. However, the effectiveness of digital services still faces obstacles in the form of limited internet network infrastructure in a number of areas and differences in digital literacy levels, both among officials and the public. Therefore, strengthening infrastructure, increasing human resource capacity, and providing ongoing assistance are among the factors that are very important for maintaining the sustainability and equitable quality of digital-based administrative services in Mamuju Regency.
