Abstract

This research aims to determine the concept and model of superior madrasah that are able to answer the challenges of today's global market. This research model is library research using qualitative research methods where the results are in the form of criteria for superior madrasah models and aspects of change towards these madrasah. The research results show that the criteria for a superior madrasah model are appropriate to the challenges market global is madrasah which still maintain its specialty as an Islamic boarding school (pesantren) mouthpiece accompanied addition eye lessons with teacher criteria as already researcher convey, and infrastructure including teaching materials and output which no only ready fill in field work but also capable think critical, creative, innovative, own spirit and ability entrepreneurshipand skilled in digital or native digital. To realize this madrasah, it is necessary to change with carry out a strategy of keeping old things that are good and adopting new things that are better, both regarding the quality of teachers, curriculum, teaching materials and regulations or other things that need to be followed up accordingly researcher recommendations

Abstract

This research aims to formulate the curriculum formulation of the majelis taklim in the era of digital transformation. This research model is library research using qualitative research methods where the results are in the form of a curriculum formula for the majelis taklim in the era of digital transformation. The results of the study show that the formulation of the majlis taklim curriculum in the era of digital transformation is as follows: creating a website for the majlis taklim, developing a learning management system (LMS), learning resources and teaching materials from the internet selectively, the use of social media, materials and themes of recitation themes adjusted to issues circulating on social media, increasing materials and themes to counteract the spread of religious understanding that is contrary to the spirit of rahmatan lil alamin and contrary to the religious understanding of the majority of muslims (sawadul a'dhom), the provision of language skills and digital natives and given a certificate of expertise, one or two semesters are given mathematics, logic science, science and technology, skills, entrepreneurship and marketing, encouraged by the one product one majlis taklim program along with the digital marketing network, coaching programs through digital native training for ustadz, ustadzah and presenters, worshippers and administrators, as well as the formulation of other majlis taklim curriculum that is attached at all times such as the need to refer to the book of books by Salafusshalih scholars, convey differences of views and arguments (if any). and encourage the ability of pilgrims to create a harmonious atmosphere in the community, so that majlis taklim can carry out religious functions, educational functions, economic functions, socio-cultural functions and the function of resilience and defense of the nation and state.

Abstract

This study aims to examine Law Number 3 of 2025, revision of Law Number 34 of 2004 concerning the Indonesian National Army with an interdisciplinary approach as a basis for recommendations for reformulation of the Law on the Indonesian National Army. This study is a literature study with qualitative methods and a descriptive analysis approach. The results of the study explain that after Law Number 3 of 2025, revision of Law Number 34 of 2004 was studied with an interdisciplinary approach, it was concluded that mandatory soldiers include the royal army, the keormasan army, the religious army, the Hizbullah army (BANSER), the kyai and santri army, defenders of the homeland, the people's security army, the people's security agency and the Indonesian people's army whose personnel and families participated in defending the country in physical and non physical wars, the need for digital technology-based defense equipment such as artificial intelligence, cyber space and robotics and the formation of a cyber force dimension to deal with cyber attacks. In addition, the law did not pass the philosophical, sociological and juridical test stages and was not relevant to the geopolitical conditions and the universal defense system which forced him to maintain professionalism by not conducting non-war military operations and not holding civil positions, therefore the constitutional court needs to annual the law and return it to the government and the people's representative council and encourage them to revise it again as the reformulation of the TNI law that the researcher conveyed.
