Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan etika bisnis Islam yang terdiri dari empat landasan yaitu tauhid, kejujuran, tamggumg jawab,dan amanah pada UMKM Mie Ayam Bakso yang kemudian dirumuskan formulasi indeks etika bisnis Islam. Indeks etika bisnis Islam ini digunakan sebagai alat ukur untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat etis suatu UMKM dalam menerapkan etika bisnis Islam. Etika bisnis Islam adalah norma-norma etika yang berbasiskan Al-Qur’an dan Hadist yang harus dijadikan acuan oleh siapapun dalam aktivitas bisnisnya. Etika bisnis Islam adalah akhlak dalam menjalankan bisnis sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga dalam melaksanakan bisnisnya tidak perlu ada kekhawatiran, sebab sudah diyakini sebagai sesuatu yang baik dan benar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi mengenai penerapan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan pada UMKM. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah UMKM Mie Ayam Bakso yang berlokasi di Telukjambe Kabupaten Karawang sudah berhasil menerapkan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam dengan baik yaitu prinsip tauhid, kejujuran, tanggung jawab, dan amanah sehingga berhasil membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kata Kunci: Etika Bisnis Islam, kepercayaan dan loyalitas pelanggan, UMKM.   Abstract This research aims to describe the application of Islamic business ethics which consists of four foundations, namely monotheims, honesty, responsibility, and trustworthiness in UMKM Mie ayam bakso, which then formulates an Islamic business ethics index. This islamic business ethics index is used as a measuring tool to determine the ethical level of an UMKM in implementing Islamic Business ethics. Islamic business ethics are ethical norms based on the Qur’an and Hadist which must be used as a reference by anyone in their business activities. Islamic business ethicsare morals in running a business in accordance with Islamic values, so that when carrying out a business there is no need to worry, because it is believed to be something good and right. The type of research used is decriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation regarding the application of Islamic business ethics principles in building customer trust and loyalty in UMKM. The conclusion of this research is that the UMKM Mie Ayam Bakso located in Telukjambe, Karawang Regency has succeeded in implementing the principles of Islamic business ethics well, namely the principles if monotheims, honesty, responsibility and trust, thereby successfully building customer trust and loyality. Abstract

Hallucinations are absorption (perception) of the five senses without any stimulation from outside. The way to control hallucinations was by conducting therapeutic communication. Therapeutic communication is communication done by nurses during nursing interventions to help the patient's healing process and help patients overcome their problems through communication. Nurse's therapeutic communication has four phases of communication namely pre-interaction, orientation or introduction, work and termination. This study aims to improve the ability of people with schizophrenia in controlling hallucinations in Menur Mental Hospital Surabaya. The method in this research was a case study using two subjects. The results of this study indicate that after doing therapeutic communication with a frequency of 6 sessions in 6 days both subjects experienced an increase in the ability to control hallucinations. Therapeutic communication can improve the ability to control the hallucinations of the subject if it is done according to the stages.
