Abstract

Kinerja merupakan bagian yang sangat penting dalam dalam berjalannya organisasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh masa kerja, gaya kepemimpinan dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Sekretariat Ditjen P2P. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan sampel penelitian adalah pegawai di lingkungan Sekretariat Ditjen P2P Kementerian Kesehatan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Analisis penelitian yang digunakan adalah model regresi linear berganda diolah software SPSS. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara masa kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Gaya kepemimpinan juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu kemampuan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Performance is a very important part in the organization.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of working period, leadership style and work ability on employee performance within the Secretariat of the Directorate General of P2P. This research method uses a quantitative approach, with the research sample being employees in the Secretariat of the Directorate General of P2P, Ministry of Health using online questionnaires. The research analysis used is a multiple linear regression model processed by SPSS software. Research shows that there is an positive influence between tenure on employee performance. Leadership style also has a positive effect on employee performance. In addition, work ability has a positice influence on employee performance.
