Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Layanan garansi Cash on Delivery (COD) cek dulu dan biaya gratis ongkir terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keduanya maka dilakukan sebuah penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner berupa google from, dengan sampling yang digunakan adalah Lemeshow. Adapun sampelnya merupakan masyarakat Kabupaten Bogor pengguna Shopee yang berjumlah 100 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoses menggunakan aplikasi statistik SPSS statistics versi 20. Penelitian ini menghasilkan dua temuan utama yaitu: (1) layanan garansi Cash on Delivery (COD) cek dulu berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen; dan (2) biaya gratis ongkir berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen. This research aims to determine the effect of check-first Cash on Delivery (COD) guarantee services and free postage on consumer satisfaction. To find out how the two influence each other, a study was carried out. This research uses quantitative methods, data collection uses a questionnaire in the form of Google from, with the sampling used is Lemeshow. The sample is the people of Bogor Regency who use Shopee, totaling 100 people. The data in this research was processed using the SPSS version 20 statistical application. This research produced two main findings, namely: (1) the check-first Cash on Delivery (COD) guarantee service has a partial effect on consumer satisfaction; and (2) free shipping costs have a partial effect on consumer satisfaction

Abstract

Penilaian jenjang karir dan kepemimpinan merupakan dua dari beberapa varibel yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Untuk membuktikan pengaruh keduannya maka dilakukanlah penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh, penilaian jenjang karir dan kepemipinan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan Indomobil group di wilayah Bogor dengan 135 responden dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Metode pengumpulan data dengan metode kuesioner dimana data yang diolah adalah data primer yang diuji dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil menujukan bahwa penilaian jenjang karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan juga kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut maka penilaian jenjang karir harus di terapkan dan kepemimpinan yang sudah baik harus dipertahankan. Assessment of career path and leadership are two of several variables that can influence employee performance. To prove the influence of both, this research was carried out with the aim of finding out the influence of assessing career level and leadership on employee performance. This research was conducted on Indomobil group employees in the Bogor area with 135 respondents using the Slovin formula. The data collection method is a questionnaire method where the data processed is primary data which is tested using the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that career path assessment has a significant effect on employee performance and leadership also influences employee performance. Based on the results of this research, career path assessment must be implemented and good leadership must be maintained.

Abstract

Price, purchasing power and government policy are three of several factors that are thought to be relatively strong in influencing the interest in buying electric cars. To prove the influence of the three, it is necessary to conduct research with the aim of determining the influence between the variables Price, purchasing power on purchasing interest with government policy as a moderating variable. This research was conducted in the Bogor city community with a sample of 97 respondents, the formula used to calculate it is Lamesshow. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires distributed offline and online. Data was processed using Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM), which is one of the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques that is able to analyze latent variables, indicator variables and measurement errors. The results show that price and purchasing power influence purchasing interest, government policy moderates the influence between price on purchasing interest, while government policy does not moderate the influence between purchasing power on purchasing interest. based on the results of this study, it shows that all variables influence purchasing interest, even government policy can moderate the relationship between price and purchasing interest, but government policy does not moderate purchasing power on purchasing interest.
