Abstract

This study aims to determine how much the influence of Student Learning Interests on the Emotional Intelligence of Students in MTs Negeri 2 Serang. This research uses quantitative methods using statistical data through validity, reliability, normality, simple regression linearity and hypothesis testing. The population in this study were 312 MTs students in Serang, while the sample taken in this study was 76 students. The results obtained are that there is a significant influence of learning interest on emotional intelligence of MTs Negeri 2 Serang students. This is evidenced by the acquisition of Fcount = 4,592 with a significance level of 0,000 ≤ 0.05. Furthermore, the variable interest in learning contributed 74.6% to the "Emotional Intelligence of Students in MTs 2 Serang. While the remaining 25.4% is influenced by other factors as a contributor to emotional intelligence. While the acquisition of tcount is 2.143 ≥ 1.995, it means that there is a significant influence between students 'learning interest on students' emotional intelligence in MTs Negeri 2 Serang. In the sense that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

This study examines the utilization of interactive PowerPoint as a learning media to enhance students' active participation in Pancasila subjects, specifically the material of Bhineka Tunggal Ika, using a descriptive qualitative research method. The primary objective of this study is to understand how interactive PowerPoint can be implemented in the learning process and how its use affects students' involvement in the classroom. The research was conducted at SMK PGRI 3 Kota Serang involving 43 tenth-grade multimedia students and one Pancasila teacher as participants. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with teachers and students, observations during the learning process, and analysis of documentation related to the implementation of interactive PowerPoint. Observations were conducted to assess classroom dynamics, student participation levels, and interactions that occurred during learning sessions. The results of the analysis indicate that the use of interactive PowerPoint significantly increased student involvement in learning. Students showed greater interest and actively participated in discussions and activities presented through PowerPoint. Teachers also reported that the material delivered with the help of interactive PowerPoint was easier to understand and more interesting for students. Several PowerPoint features, such as interactive quizzes and animations, proved effective in facilitating the understanding of the concept of Bhineka Tunggal Ika. This study concludes that interactive PowerPoint is an effective tool for enhancing students' active participation in Pancasila learning. The use of this media not only increases student involvement but also assists teachers in delivering material in a more engaging and interactive manner. These findings provide valuable insights into the integration of technology in education and offer recommendations for the development of more innovative learning methods.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Labuan, Labuan sub-district, Pandeglang Regency. with the aim of 1) To find out the Role of the Village Head Against Juvenile Delinquency in Labuan Village, Pandeglang Regency. 2) To find out the factors that influence juvenile delinquency in Labuan Village, Pandeglang Regency. 3) To find out the efforts in tackling juvenile delinquency in Labuan Village, Pandeglang Regency. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection through observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The analysis used is to use triangulation with data reduction techniques, data display and data verification. The results obtained in this study are that the role of the Labuan village head in Pandeglang district in tackling juvenile delinquency is quite good. According to the results of the data that the researchers obtained, the Labuan village head had carried out his obligations in carrying out his duties as an obligation. The village head has tried to minimize juvenile delinquency through an appeal to always be aware of its citizens, cooperate in participating in positive things, set a positive example, appreciate what teenagers do and provide sanctions according to irregularities committed for the perpetrators.
