ABSTRAKDi era modern, Indonesia mengalami peningkatan jumlah lansia. Khususnya di Dusun Sidorejo, Desa Ngestiharjo, Kecamatan Kasihan, Kabupaten Bantul, banyak lansia kesulitan mengakses layanan kesehatan. Situasi ini semakin diperparah dengan bertambahnya penyakit kronis di kalangan mereka. Sebagai respons, sebuah kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat (PKM) diadakan pada tanggal 8 April 2023, pukul 07.00 hingga 11.00 WIB di Dusun Sidorejo. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan akses lansia ke layanan kesehatan berkualitas, meliputi pemeriksaan rutin, konseling gizi, dan senam lansia. Kegiatan tersebut dijalankan bekerja sama dengan kader dan pengurus Posyandu Lansia Nusa Indah serta partisipasi masyarakat setempat. Sebanyak 67 lansia berpartisipasi, dengan pelaksanaannya terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan evaluasi, 55,52% peserta merasa sangat puas dengan layanan yang diberikan. Lebih jauh, terjadi kenaikan jumlah peserta Posyandu Lansia dari 51 orang di bulan sebelumnya menjadi 67 orang, menandakan efektivitas program PKM tersebut. Dengan kolaborasi yang erat antara tim PKM, kader, dan masyarakat, layanan kesehatan bagi lansia di Dusun Sidorejo telah meningkat. Ini bukan hanya berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas hidup lansia, namun juga meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya layanan kesehatan untuk kelompok usia tersebut. ABSTRACTIn the modern era, Indonesia is experiencing an increase in the number of elderly people. Especially in Sidorejo Hamlet, Ngestiharjo Village, Kasihan Sub-district, Bantul Regency, many elderly people have difficulty accessing health services. This situation is further exacerbated by the increase in chronic diseases among them. As a response, a community service activity (PKM) was held on April 8, 2023, from 07.00 to 11.00 WIB in Sidorejo Hamlet. The activity aimed to improve the elderly's access to quality health services, including routine check-ups, nutrition counseling, and elderly gymnastics. The activity was carried out in collaboration with cadres and administrators of Posyandu Lansia Nusa Indah as well as local community participation. A total of 67 elderly people participated, with the implementation divided into three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the evaluation, 55.52% of participants were very satisfied with the services provided. Furthermore, there was an increase in the number of Posyandu Lansia participants from 51 people in the previous month to 67 people, indicating the effectiveness of the PKM program. With close collaboration between the PKM team, cadres, and the community, health services for the elderly in Sidorejo Hamlet have improved. This not only has an impact on improving the quality of life of the elderly but also increases community awareness of the importance of health services for this age group.
