Abstract

A gamma camera image is produced by a gamma camera that detects the gamma radiation emitted by the radioactive substance or radiopharmaceutical injected into the body. The gamma camera image sometimes has noise that can interfere with the diagnosis. This image is commonly affected by a Poisson-type random noise. This research proposes using a spatial domain filter to study Poisson noise reduction in gamma camera images. The image sample used is the image of a mouse injected with Lu-177-DOTA Trastuzumab with 100 µCi activity detected using a dual-head gamma camera with NaI(Tl) detectors. The grayscale image is treated with Poisson noise, then improved using a spatial domain filter. The spatial domain filters used include Mean, Median, Wiener, and Spatial Lowpass Filters. The mean filter is the best one that can reduce Poisson noise among the four applied filters. The best filter size for noise reduction is 3 with MSE 5.07, PSNR 41.08 dB, and SSIM 0.99.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, and capital structure on Net Profit Margin. This present research applies a quantitative approach. 19 companies from the insurance subsector listed on the IDX are include in the study sample. The This Purposive Sampling method is utilized in this research to select data samples through predetermined criteria so that 9 companies with a total data sample of 36 are obtained. The literature study and documentation technique applied in this study were used to collect data. This study data analysis techniques include the use of IBM SPSS 26 software, consisting of descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. Partial examination results indicate that Net Profit Margin is significantly impacted by profitability (ROA) as much as 0.001 < 0.05 and liquidity (CR) significantly affect the net profit margin as much as 0.012 < 0.05, while capital structure (DER) affects NPM significantly using a significance the worth of 0.011 < 0.05. Having significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, Profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR) and capital structure (DER) all have an affect net profit margin simultaneously.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan makanan di pondok pesantren dapat mempengaruhi asupan makan, status gizi dan kognitif santri. Penyelenggaraan makanan yang terdapat pada pondok pesantren dapat memperhatikan output asupan gizi santri yang diperoleh dari sistem penyelenggaraan makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asupan gizi dari asrama dan luar asrama kaitannya dengan status gizi siswi di Modern Gaza Al Islami Boarding School. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional study. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan melalui penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 87 santri. Pengambilan data antropometri berat badan menggunakan timbangan digital, dan pengukuran tinggi badan menggunakan microtoise. Pengambilan data ketersediaan energi, protein, karbohidrat dan lemak dari menu dilakukan dengan cara menimbang bahan makanan yang disebut food weighing selama tiga hari pada tiga waktu makan yaitu makan pagi, makan siang dan makan malam. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa status gizi santri sebagian besar (64%) memiliki status gizi normal.  Ketersediaan zat gizi dari menu selama 3 hari diperoleh hasil rata- rata energi sebesar 1348 kkal (63,63% kebutuhan harian), protein 45,9 gram (68,90% kebutuhan harian), karbohidrat 224,1 gram (66,27% kebutuhan harian), lemak 27,7 gram (63,63% kebutuhan harian). Asupan gizi santri diperoleh hasil rata-rata 2418 kkal energi, 74,3 gram protein, 385,7 gram karbohidrat dan 64 gram lemak.Kontribusi asupan gizi santri diperoleh sebagian besar dari dalam pesantren. Tidak terdapat hubungan pada asupan energi, protein, karbohidrat dan lemak terhadap IMT/U (p>0,05). Penelitian ini menyimpulkan ketersediaan makanan di pondok pesantren masih dibawah kebutuhan harian santri. Terdapat hubungan antara asupan lemak dengan IMT/U.
