<![CDATA[Dila Sakinah (64190998) Analysis of Profitability and Company Age on Firm Value in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). One of the companies that is very influential in the capital market is a food & beverage company which has been chosen by many investors because it relates to the daily needs that must be met against the crisis conditions that hit Indonesia. According to the Ministry of Industry (2020), food and beverage companies contribute quite well to the national economy. The dependent variable used in this study is firm value and is measured using the Price Book Value (PBV) formula. While the independent variables used in this study are Profitability and Company Age where the Profitability variable is measured using the formula for calculating Return On Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE). listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this study amounted to 118 taken from the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Industrial Companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the test using the Determinant Square Test (R2) show an R square value of 0.195 or 19.5%, the test results using the F test show a significant value of 0.022 from ftable 4.100, it can be concluded that the Profitability and Firm Age variables do not have a significant effect on Firm Value and has a multiple linear regression equation Y = (2.159) + 0.025X1.1 + 0.057X1.2 + 0.057X2 + e. Salah satu perusahaan yang sangat berpengaruh dalam pasar modal yaitu Perusahaan food & beverages yang banyak dipilih oleh penanam modal sebab berhubungan dengan keperluan sehari - hari yang harus dipenuhi terhadap kondisi krisis yang menimpa Indonesia. Menurut Kementrian Perindustrian (2020), perusahaan food and beverage berkontribusi cukup baik terhadap perekonomian nasional. Variabel dependen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Nilai Perusahaan dan diukur dengan menggunakan rumus Price Book Value (PBV). Sedangkan variable independent yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Profitabilitas dan Umur Perusahaan dimana variable Profitabilitas diukur dengan menggunakan rumus perhitungan Return On Assets (ROA) dan Return On Equity (ROE) dan Umur Perusahaan diukur menggunakan perhitungan tahun penelitian dengan tahun sejak perusahaan berdiri sesuai akta yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 118 yang diambil dari Perusahaan Industri Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Hasil pengujian menggunakan Uji Determinan Square (R2) menunjukkan nilai R square sebesar 0,195 atau 19,5%, hasil pengujian menggunakan Uji F menunjukkan nilai signifikan 0,022 < 0,05 dan fhitung 3,563 > dari ftabel 4,100, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Profitabilitas dan Umur Perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan dan memiliki persamaan regresi linear berganda Y = (2,159) + 0,025X1.1 + 0,057X1.2 + 0,057X2 + e.
