Abstract

ABSTRACT Anemia in third trimester pregnant women can have a negative impact on the health of the mother and fetus. Efforts to increase hemoglobin (HB) levels in third trimester pregnant women need to be carried out as an intervention to overcome the problem of anemia. Giving boiled eggs and Ambon bananas is thought to be effective in increasing Hb levels in third trimester pregnant women. To determine the effectiveness of boiled eggs and Ambon bananas on increasing hemoglobin (HB) levels in third trimester pregnant women at the Sajira Lebak Banten Community Health Center. Probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. The data used is primary data obtained from hemoglobin examination before and after the intervention was given using an observation sheet.  This research uses data analysis, namely normality test analysis and difference tests using the t test, namely paired sample t tests using SPSS statistics. The difference in hemoglobin levels in the boiled egg group before and after was 1.857 gr/dl. Meanwhile, the group was given Ambon bananas before and after, namely 0.6 gr//dl. Reviewing the difference between the groups given boiled eggs and Ambon bananas, the increase in hemoglobin levels for 30 days was found in the boiled egg group which had a greater increase in hemoglobin levels compared to Ambon bananas. The results of the study can help the Sajira Health Center in preparing guidelines for treating anemia in pregnant women, as well as recommending the use of boiled eggs and Ambon bananas as effective and easily accessible nutritional interventions. Keywords: Boiled Eggs, Ambon Bananas, Increased Hemoglobin (HB) Levels  ABSTRAK Anemia pada ibu hamil trimester III dapat berdampak buruk bagi kesehatan ibu dan janin. Upaya peningkatan kadar hemoglobin (HB) pada ibu hamil trimester III perlu dilakukan sebagai salah satu intervensi untuk mengatasi masalah anemia. Pemberian telur rebus dan buah pisang ambon diduga efektif untuk meningkatkan kadar Hb pada ibu hamil trimester III. Untuk Mengetahui Efektivitas Telur Rebus Dan Buah Pisang Ambon Terhadap Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin (HB) Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester III Di Puskesmas Sajira Lebak Banten. Teknik sampling secara  probability  sampling  dengan metode simple random sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari pemeriksaan hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi menggunakan lembar observasi.  Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data yaitu analisa uji normalitas dan uji beda menggunakan uji t  tes yaitu paired sampel t tes menggunakan statistik SPSS. selisih kadar hemoglobin pada kelompok telur rebus sebelum dan sesudah yaitu 1,857 gr/dl. Sedangkan kelompok diberikan pisang ambon sebelum dan sesudah yaitu 0,6 gr//dl. Di tinjau selisih pada kelompok diberikan telur rebus dan pisang ambon di dapatkan kenaikan kadar hemoglobin selama 30 hari ditemukan pada kelompok telur rebus yang lebih banyak kenaikan kadar hemoglobin di bandingkan dengan pisang ambon. Hasil penelitian dapat membantu puskesmas sajira dalam menyusun panduan penanganan anemia pada ibu hamil, serta merekomendasikan penggunaan telur rebus dan buah pisang ambon sebagai intervensi gizi yang efektif dan mudah diakses Kata Kunci: Telur Rebus, Buah Pisang Ambon, Peningkatan Kadar Hemoglobin (HB)

Abstract

ABSTRACT Postpartum infections that occur up to the 42nd day after delivery are a serious condition that can be prevented. Possible symptoms include fever, pelvic pain, smelly lochea, and decreased uterine involution. Common types of infections include endometritis, mastitis, urinary tract infections, and surgical wound infections. Risk factors for postpartum infections include low immune system, lack of postpartum care, malnutrition, poor hygiene, and fatigue. Purpose of writing: To determine the effect of postpartum care on postpartum infections at Penjaringan I Jakarta Community Health Center. Research Method: This type of research uses a quasi-experiment method with a one group pre-test post-test design, the sample in this study was 50 people, Wilcoxon analysis test. Research Results: There is an effect of postpartum care on postpartum infections with a p value = 0.000. Conclusions and Suggestions: The results of this study can provide input to postpartum mothers about the importance of self-care during the postpartum period by following care recommendations from medical personnel, such as maintaining cleanliness, nutrition, mobilization and other care. Watch for signs of infection such as redness, swelling, or smelly discharge. Keywords: Postpartum Infection, Postpartum Care  ABSTRAK Infeksi nifas yang terjadi hingga hari ke-42 setelah persalinan adalah kondisi serius yang dapat dicegah. Gejala yang mungkin timbul termasuk demam, nyeri panggul, lochea berbau, dan penurunan involusi uterus. Jenis infeksi yang umum terjadi endometritis, mastitis, infeksi saluran kemih, dan infeksi luka operasi. Faktor risiko infeksi nifas seperti daya tahan tubuh rendah, perawatan nifas yang kurang, malnutrisi, hygiene buruk, dan kelelahan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perawatan masa nifas terhadap infeksi masa nifas di Puskesmas Penjaringan I Jakarta. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode quasy-experiment dengan rancangan one group pre-test post-test design, sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 50 orang, uji analisis wilcoxon. Terdapat pengaruh perawatan masa nifas terhadap infeksi masa nifas dengan nilai p value=0.000. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan masukan kepada ibu nifas tentang pentingnya perawatan diri selama masa nifas dengan mengikuti anjuran perawatan dari tenaga medis, seperti menjaga kebersihan, nutrisi, mobilisasi, dan perawatan lainnya. Perhatikan tanda-tanda infeksi seperti kemerahan, pembengkakan, atau keluarnya cairan berbau. Kata Kunci: Infeksi Nifas, Perawatan Masa Nifas

Abstract

ABSTRAK Sekitar 70% wanita yang melahirkan secara normal mengalami luka perineum, Penyebab umum luka perineum antara lain pelebaran jalan lahir dan garis tengah perineum, kelahiran prematur separuh bagian bawah bayi, persalinan cepat yang tidak terkendali, banyak kehamilan, jaringan parut, bayi baru lahir besar, distosia bahu, episiotomi yang melebar, dan kondisi serupa lainnya. ata-rata waktu penyembuhan luka perineum berkisar antara enam hingga tujuh hari, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain karakteristik ibu yang melahirkan, kesehatan gizi ibu, kualitas perawatan yang diterima, dan tingkat keparahan luka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Konsumsi Abon Ikan Lele Terhadap Proses Penyembuhan Luka Jahitan Perineum di Klinik Mutiara Evo Medistra (Bd. Novita Rambe). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi quasi-eksperimental, yaitu teknik one-group pretest-posttest design dengan kelompok kontrol, untuk melakukan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam desain eksperimen ini, sampel menjalani pretest (tes pertama) sebelum menerima terapi, dan posttest (tes akhir) setelah eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang didapatkan sesuai dengan inklusi dan eksluasi didapatkan 20 responden. Adapun cara menentukan jumlah sampel pada accidental sampling yaitu dengan rumus slovin. Hasil uji statistic dengan menggunakan uji T didapatkan nilai p value= 0.009 yang artinya  p value a>0.05 artinya HO diterima Ha ditolak. Yang artinya terdapat pengaruh Konsumsi Abon Ikan Lele Terhadap Proses Penyembuhan Luka Jahitan Perineum. Kata Kunci: Abon Ikan Lele dan Luka Jahitan Perineum  ABSTRACT About 70% of women who give birth normally experience perineal wounds. Common causes of perineal wounds include widening of the birth canal and midline of the perineum, premature birth of the lower half of the baby, uncontrolled rapid labor, multiple pregnancies, scar tissue, large newborns, shoulder dystocia, dilated episiotomy, and other similar conditions. The average healing time for perineal wounds ranges from six to seven days, this is influenced by several factors, including the characteristics of the mother giving birth, the nutritional health of the mother, the quality of care received, and the severity of the wound.The aim of this research was to determine the effect of consuming catfish floss on the healing process of perineal suture wounds at the Mutiara Evo Medistra Clinic (Bd. Novita Rambe). This research uses a quasi-experimental methodology, namely a one-group pretest-posttest design technique with a control group, to conduct quantitative research. In this experimental design, the sample undergoes a pretest (first test) before receiving therapy, and a posttest (final test) after the experiment. In this study, the number of samples obtained in accordance with inclusion and exclusion was 20 respondents. The way to determine the number of samples in accidental sampling is using the Slovin formula.The results of statistical tests using the T test showed that the p value = 0.009, which means that the p value a> 0.05 means that HO is accepted and Ha is rejected. Which means there is an influence of consumption of shredded catfish on the healing process of perineal suture wounds. Keywords: Shredded Catfish And Parineal Stitched Wounds

Abstract

ABSTRACT Anemia can increase the risk of maternal death, abortion, premature delivery, inhibition of fetal growth and development in the womb, easy to cause infection, antepartum hemorrhage, premature rupture of membranes (KPD), during childbirth can result in His disorder, the first period can last for a long time, and in the postpartum period uterine subinvolution causes postpartum hemorrhage, facilitating puerperium infection and reduced breast milk production.  To determine the effect of moringa leaf biscuit consumption on the increase in hemoglobin levels in pregnant women in the third trimester. This study employed a cross-sectional design with a sample size of 19 participants. Data analysis was conducted using univariate analysis through frequency distribution and bivariate analysis with statistical computations performed using the SPSS software. The results of this study showed that the average Hb level of respoden before being given moringa leaf biscuits was 10,189 with a maximum value = 11.5, and a minimum = 8.6, and the average Hb level of respondents after being given moringa leaf biscuits was 11,089 with a maximum value = 12.4, and a minimum = 9.5, so it can be concluded that there is an Effect of Moringa Leaf Consumption on the Increase in Hemoglobin Levels of Pregnant Women at the Mutiara Medika Clinic, Lebak Regency 2024., and there is an effect of moringa leaf consumption on the increase in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women with a p value  of 0.000 There is an effect of moringa leaf consumption on the increase in hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in the third trimester. It is recommended that  pregnant women can increase their nutritional intake from foods that contain high iron and regularly take blood-boosting tablets to increase Hb levels. Keywords: Nutritional Status, Parity, Number of Children, Breast Milk Production.   ABSTRAK Anemia dapat meningkatkan risiko kematian ibu, terjadi abortus, persalinan prematuritas, hambatan tumbuh kembang janin dalam rahim, mudah terjadi infeksi, perdarahan antepartum, ketuban pecah dini (KPD), saat persalinan dapat mengakibatkan gangguan His, kala pertama dapat berlangsung lama, dan pada kala nifas terjadi subinvolusi uteri menimbulkan perdarahan postpartum,memudahkan infeksi puerperium dan pengeluaran ASI berkurang.  Untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi biskuit daun kelor terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil trimester III. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pendekatan cross sectional dengan sample 19 orang. Teknik data termasuk dalam analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan analisis bivariat menggunakan perhitungan statistik program SPSS. Penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata kadar Hb responden sebelum mengkonsumsi biskuit daun kelor adalah 10.189, dengan nilai maksimum 11.5 dan minimum 8.6. Setelah mengkonsumsi biskuit daun kelor, rata-rata kadar Hb meningkat menjadi 11.089, dengan nilai maksimum 12.4 dan minimum 9.5. Kesimpulannya, konsumsi daun kelor memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil di Klinik Mutiara Medika Kabupaten Lebak pada tahun 2024, dengan p-value 0,000.  Terdapat pengaruh konsumsi daun kelor terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin ibu hamil trimester III. Disarankan ibu hamil dapat meningkatkan asupan nutrisi dari bahan makanan yang mengandung zat besi yang tinggi dan rutin meminum tablet tambah darah untuk meningkatkan kadar Hb. Kata Kunci: Status Gizi,Paritas,Jumlah Anak,Pengeluaran ASI.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by insufficient nutritional intake over a long period of time due to providing food that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. There are several factors that cause stunting, including immunization status and exclusive breastfeeding. To determine the relationship between immunization status and exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in children under five aged 12-59 months in the working area of the Sarageni Health Center, Lebak Regency in 2024. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study was 82 mothers who had toddlers aged 12-59 months in Jayasari Village, Sarageni Health Center Working Area, using a purposive sampling technique. The research results showed that there was a relationship between immunization status (p=0.003) and exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.003) with the incidence of stunting in children under five aged 12-59 months in the working area of the Sarageni Health Center, Lebak Regency in 2024. There is a relationship between immunization status and exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting in children under five aged 12-59 months in the working area of the Sarageni Health Center. It is hoped that the Sarangeni Community Health Center can provide education to the community about the importance of immunization and exclusive breastfeeding for children, either by gathering crowds at posyandu or visiting the homes of mothers who have babies/toddlers directly (door to door). There is a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women. Pregnant women are expected to increase their nutritional intake by consuming foods that contain iron such as heme in meat. If the mother is unable to consume it, it can be replaced with cheaper freshwater fish. Keywords: Immunization Status, Exclusive Breastfeeding, Stunting  ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan masalah kurang gizi kronis yang diakibatkan oleh asupan gizi yang kurang dalam waktu cukup lama akibat pemberian makanan yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi. Terdapat beberapa faktor penyebab dari kejadian stunting diantaranya yaitu status imunisasi dan ASI Ekslusif. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara status imunisasi dan ASI Ekslusif dengan kejadian stunting pada anak balita usia 12-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sarageni Kabupaten Lebak Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Ibu yang memiliki balita usia 12-59 bulan di Desa Jayasari Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sarageni yaitu sebanyak 82 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa ada hubungan status imunisasi (p=0,003) dan ASI Ekslusif (p=0,003) dengan kejadian stunting pada anak balita usia 12-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sarageni Kabupaten Lebak Tahun 2024. Ada hubungan antara status imunisasi dan ASI Ekslusif dengan kejadian stunting pada anak balita usia 12-59 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sarageni. Diharapkan pihak Puskesmas Sarangeni dapat melakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya imunisasi dan ASI Ekslusif bagi anak, baik dengan mengumpulkan massa di posyandu atau mendatangi rumah ibu yang mempunyai bayi/balita secara langsung (door to door). Kata Kunci: Status Imunisasi, Asi Ekslusif, Stunting
