Abstract

Background: Banyuwangi Regency is one of the regions in Indonesia which is rich in beach tourism potential, one of which is Pulau Santen Beach which is located in Karangrejo Village, Banyuwangi District, Banyuwangi Regency. However, when the charm of this destination has decreased, the condition of the beach is dirty if left unchecked and no coastal vegetation is carried out, it can damage the marine biota in the vicinity. There is a need for a Santen Island community empowerment program that reviews conservation and sustainable use in order to meet the 14th Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Objectives: Community Service entitled "Zero Waste Movement through Beach Environment Sanitation, Greenhouse Ecobrick Development, and Marine Ecosystem Preservation" aims to increase the knowledge, skills and economic independence of the Santen Island community regarding hiding santigi plants, MSME marketing strategies in tourist attractions, and waste management through making ecobricks. Methods: The method used for the implementation of community service is through several stages including, the first stage in this community service program is the preparatory stage. This preparatory stage consists of three steps, namely an environmental survey, purchasing the right sources, and planning a community service program. The second stage of this community service program is the implementation stage and the third advanced stage of this community service program is evaluation. Results: On the first day, there was an increase in the knowledge of the Santen Island community by 18.8%. On the second day there was an increase in public knowledge of 2.2%, and on the third day with ecobrick material there was an increase in public knowledge of 20.2%. This shows that the material can be well captured by the target of community service activities. Conclusions: This activity is later expected to be a provision for the community to revive the tourism potential on Santen Island, namely edutourism which includes aspects of knowledge about cultivating santigi plants, healthy coastal environments through processing inorganic waste into goods of high economic value (ecobricks) and community economic independence through increasing financial capacity new tourism products for edutourism on Santen Island.

Abstract

Background: COVID-19 is one of the infectious diseases. Various interactions between factors can cause infectious diseases, commonly known as the epidemiological triad. The factors in the epidemiological triad include agents, hosts, and the environment. One of the villages in Sragen Sub-district affected by COVID-19 is Sragen Kulon with a population density of 6544.22/km2. Sragen Kulon Urban Village is a densely populated area that is included in the coverage area of the Sragen Health Center. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between the physical environment of the house and the incidence of COVID-19 in the residential housing environment of Sragen Kulon Village, Sragen Regency in 2022. Methods: This research method is observational analytic with cross-sectional study design. This study use a random sampling technique with a sample size of 90 people who resided and settled in the Sragen Kulon area according to predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria. Primary data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Bivariate data analysis using chi square with p<0.05. Results: The results of bivariate analysis using chi square analysis show that physical environmental variables which correlate with the incidence of COVID-19 in Sragen Kulon Village with p<0.05 were residential density (p=0.016), ventilation (p=0.019), and humidity (p=0.003). The variable that has no correlation with the incidence of COVID-19 in Sragen Kulon Village with p>0.05 is temperature (p=0.197). Conclusion: There is a correlation between the physical environment, such as density of occupancy, ventilation, and humidity, and the incidence of COVID-19 disease in the residential housing environment of Sragen Kulon Village.

Abstract

Background: Initially, all medical record documents in hospitals were managed conventionally (manually/written). However, along with the development of advances in information and communication technology and supported by new policies regarding Medical Records contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Health (Permenkes)  of the Republic of Indonesia Number 24 of 2022 concerning Medical Records and direct appeals from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, now medical records are starting to shift from conventional to electronic based. Objective: This study aims to determine an overview of the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in Indonesian hospitals. Method: This research uses a literature review study by searching articles using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews & Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) method. The articles used are national articles searched via Google Scholar using Indonesian keywords, namely the challenges and implementation of electronic medical records in hospitals; challenges or obstacles to electronic medical records in Indonesian hospitals. Key words in English, namely challenges OR barriers to medical records in Indonesian Hospitals; challenges AND implementation of medical records in Indonesian Hospitals. Inclusion criteria were articles on the topic of challenges/barriers/obstacles to implementing electronic medical records in Indonesian hospitals, in the form of quantitative or qualitative research or a combination of both, in Indonesian or English, published between 2016-2023. The exclusion criteria are articles in the form of systematic reviews, literature reviews or community service. Results: Challenges, constraints and barriers experienced by Indonesian hospitals in implementing electronic medical records such as those related to Human Resources (HR), facilities and infrastructure, resistant groups, network connections, no fixed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), system which sometimes cause errors, financial, and computer and system security. Conclusion: Implementation of Electronic Medical Records (RME) in Indonesian hospitals based on 19 articles that have been analyzed shows that hospitals are not ready to implement Electronic Medical Records (RME). This is supported by the challenges, constraints and obstacles experienced during the process of implementing Electronic Medical Records (RME). The government should directly review the challenges, constraints and obstacles that occur so that the policies issued can be implemented well by all hospitals in Indonesia.
