One form of Community-Based Health Enterprises is implementing posyandu (integrated service post). Factors that influence the visit of mothers under five to posyandu factors include the mother's age, mother's education, mother's knowledge, mother's occupation, family income, mother attitude, family experience, coaching of health workers, the role of cadres, and ownership of the MCH book. And there are several other factors related to visits by mothers of toddlers to Posyandu, distance to Posyandu, and family support. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between attitude, work, and distance with visits by mothers under five to Posyandu in Serijabo Village, the working area of the Sungai Pinang Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency, in 2023. The research design used an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population of this study was all mothers who had children under five aged > 12-59 months who were at Posyandu Melati, Serijabo Village, the working area of the Sungai Pinang Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency, totaling 94 people. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by means of purposive sampling with a total sample of 87 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi-square test. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between attitude (p-value = 0.000), occupation (p-value = 0.014), and distance (p-value = 0.008) with the visit of mothers under five to Posyandu in Serijabo Village, the working area of the Sungai Pinang Health Center, Ogan Ilir Regency, in 2023. It is hoped that officers of health services are able to provide information about posyandu time and the benefits of posyandu to mothers who have children under five so that mothers' understanding of posyandu will be even better and can increase the activity of mothers who have toddlers to do
