Abstract

This research was conducted to find out the influence of socialization, education, service, and awareness level of Credit Union Tunas Harapan Batam members. This study uses a quantitative methodology to investigate correlations. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents (members) at Credit Union Tunas Harapan Batam and will be tested with validity, reliability test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis test and determinant coefficient test with SPSS version 22.The results showed that education is not so influential on the level of awareness, while, Socialization and service have a positive and significant impact on the level of awareness in understanding Credit Union Tunas Harapan Batam. The result of determination coefficient test shows that R Square = 0.901 and Adjusted R square = 0.894, it means that awareness level in understanding Credit union of 67,75% can explain that socialization and service have the biggest and significant influence on awareness level (Sig = 0,052)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2020 using theratio Early Warning System. The research used purposive sampling technique and the data analysis used was descriptive analysis. The ratio used in this research are fund adequancy ratio, consist of the ratio of the level of adequacy of funds, incurred loss ratio, liabilities to liquid Asset, retention ratio. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the financial performance of insurance companies listed on the ratio of the level of adequacy of funds, incurred loss ratio, liabilities to liquid Asset is categorized as good, while judging from the retention ratio itself is in a bad condition because 3 companies experience value lower than the value set by NAIC (National Association of Insurance Commissioners).

Abstract

This writing aims to assert that not just anyone can use the name "Catholic" behind an institution. The name carries a myriad of meanings that must be considered wisely before being used. This research was conducted using a literature research method. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used a descriptive analysis method. The researcher delved into the material based on topics from books, journals, and other literature studies. The results of this research indicate that the use of the name "Catholic" carries a burden of spirituality and morality that must be borne. In the context of teaching the faith, the relevant parties cannot spontaneously use the name "Catholic" but must consult and seek approval from the leaders. Therefore, certain institutions that use the name "Catholic" need to build effective management performance. The relevant parties must carefully consider and then use the name "Catholic" and be ready to take responsibility for it in their operational reality. Thus, the use of the name "Catholic" has philosophical, theological, and legal correlations.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence students' entrepreneurial interest, focusing on entrepreneurial characteristics such as risk-taking courage, future orientation, and other contextual factors. The subjects of this study were 30 students from STIE Bentara Persada who participated in filling out a questionnaire related to entrepreneurial interest. The research findings show that 50% of students have leadership qualities; 36.7% of students have the courage to take risks, while 26.7% are future-oriented. Another factor found is that only 10% of students had an entrepreneurial spirit since childhood, while 33.3% feel capable of solving problems in business. This analysis also identifies that the environment, family support, and personal motivation play an important role in shaping students' entrepreneurial interest. Based on these results, it is concluded that balancing risk-taking courage and long-term orientation is key to encouraging entrepreneurial interest among students. There is a need for a more comprehensive entrepreneurial curriculum and increased access for students to gain practical experience in the business world.
