<![CDATA[Abstract. Patients who undergo hemodialysis will experience a decrease in quality of life and cause patients to be forced to change their living habits. Patients who have only been undergoing hemodialysis for a long time will feel unable to accept and adapt to the changes that occur in their lives. This study aims to determine the relationship between the length and frequency of hemodialysis therapy and the quality of life in chronic kidney failure patients at the Majalaya Hospital, Bandung Regency for the period January–July 2023. This study used a cross sectional method with a sampling technique in the form of simple consecutive sampling with a sample size of 57 person. The research results showed that the duration of hemodialysis therapy was predominantly ≥ 1 year, namely 37 people (64.9%). Frequency of hemodialysis therapy 2 times/week, namely 50 people (87.7%) in Chronic kidney failure patients. Quality of life is dominant in the poor category, namely 33 people (57.9%). This is because the more frequently a patient undergoes hemodialysis, the more complications the patient will have which can reduce the patient's quality of life. Abstrak. Pasien yang menjalankan hemodialisis akan mengalami penurunan kualitas hidup dan menyebabkan pasien terpaksa mengubah kebiasaan hidupnya. Pasien yang baru lama menjalani hemodialisis akan merasa belum bisa untuk menerima dan beradaptasi atas perubahan yang terjadi pada hidupnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran antara lama dan frekuensi terapi hemodialisis dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis di RSUD Majalaya Kabupaten Bandung periode Januari–Juli 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa simple consecutive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang. Hasil penelitian pada lama terapi hemodialisis dominan ≥ 1 tahun, yaitu 37 orang (64,9%). Frekuensi terapi hemodialisis 2 kali/minggu, yaitu 50 orang (87,7%) pada Kualitas hidup pasien Gagal ginjal Kronis dominan pada kategori buruk, yaitu 33 orang (57,9%) . Hal tersebut karena semakin sering pasien melakukan hemodialisis maka pada pasien akan muncul beberapa komplikasi yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup pasien.]]>
