Abstract

PT Citilink or Citilink Indonesia is a subsidiary of the Garuda Indonesia (Persero) company. This airline uses a low-cost flight system or Low Cost Carrier (LCC) with Lost and Found Services related to handling passenger luggage on Citilink airlines, but many people don't know about it. part of the baggage handling itself, one of which is the use of Citilink's Web Baggage Central Tracking (BCTC), in handling Irregularity Property. The purpose of this research is to find out the use of the BCTC web in handling Irregularity Property in the Lost and Found unit at Yogyakarta International Airport and to find out the obstacles faced in using the BCTC web in handling Irregularity Property in the Lost and Found unit at Yogyakarta International Airport.This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research was carried out on April 1– April 20 2023 at Citilink Airlines, Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport, Citilink Airlines, Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport. The data collection techniques used in this research were documentation, observation and interviews with Lost and Found unit officers at Yogyakarta International Airport. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of the research show that in handling baggage damage, passengers who experience property irregularities can report it to the relevant officers or make a report on Citilink's official BCTC website to get further action in accordance with Citilink airline's standard operating procedures for handling baggage damage. and baggage damage is handled within 14 days from receipt of the complaint submitted by the passenger to the airline. Obstacles in using the BCTC Web to handle Irregularity Property at the Lost and Found unit of Yogyakarta International Airport include technical problems, coordination with airlines, the need for adequate resources, and increasing passenger volume. The proposed solution includes intensive training, formation of a technical team, development of collaboration protocols, adequate budget allocation, and proper growth planning.

Abstract

The airport is one of the most important facilities. The airport is not only a supporting facility for air transportation for aircraft to land and take off, but the airport is also a symbol as well as a gateway to an area and even a regional icon that is very proud of for the region. Exposure or exposure to social media is a gift of popularity by someone who has great influence, such as an influencer. Usually this is done by creating content and then uploading it to social media such as Instagram, or other social media platforms and exposure is also known as ad space. In essence, interest is someone's desire or someone's intention to do something, so that in the service user's interest is someone's desire or intention to use a service. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were by giving questionnaires to respondents, interviews and documentation. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, and the coefficient of determination are used. Abstract

Foreign Object Damage (FOD) is any object found in an inappropriate location that could damage equipment or injure personnel by virtue of being in that location.FOD includes a wide range of materials, including loose hardware, pavement fragments, catering supplies, building materials, stone , sand, luggage, and even wild animals. The aim of this research is to find out the handling of Foreign Object Damage at the Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport Apron and to find out the factors that cause Foregin Object Damage (FOD) in the Airport Apron area International Yogyakarta Kulon Progo. This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research was carried out on March 1 – March 31 2023 at Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport. The data collection techniques used in this research were documentation, observation and interviews with Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit officers. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of the research show that the handling carried out by the Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit is by checking. If there is Foreign Object Damage (FOD) scattered in the Apron area, it is immediately taken or stored in the Fod bin box and will later be handed over to the Safety Management System. (SMS). The obstacle faced by Apron Movement Control (AMC) unit officers at Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport is the lack of awareness of operational officers in the Apron area, especially regarding order and cleanliness. There are several colleagues who are not optimally moving around the Apron so that Fod is not detected. External factors that cause Foreign Object Damage (FOD) on the Apron are objects brought in from outside such as flying grass from cuttings at the edge of the Apron or runway which are carried by the wind and enter the Apron. Meanwhile, the internal factors are plastic waste from GSE such as neat ropes, fragments of suitcases and from passengers.
