Abstract

The quality of service provided at the Check-in counter is an important factor that affects passenger satisfaction to choose an airline. The quality of service at the Check-in counter includes speed of service, friendliness of officers, availability of necessary information, clarity of procedures, and quality of facilities and equipment provided. The quality of service at the Check-in counter can affect the image and reputation of the airline in the eyes of the public. If the quality of service at the Check-in counter is poor, passengers tend to give negative reviews and potentially damage the image of the airline. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the quality of Check-in counter service on customer satisfaction of Wings Air at Rahadi Oesman Ketapang airport. This study used quantitative methods, with sampling techniques in this study using Purposive Sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with measurements using the Likert scale. The results of the study show that the quality of Check-in counter service affects passenger satisfaction. This can be proven by the results of significant values of 0.00 < 0.05 and T Test 13,596 > 1.661. The value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 0.654 This means that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 65.4%..

Abstract

This research aims to describe the condition of memories at the PT Angkasa Pura II company based on four ratio analyses in the 2019–2022 period. The objects used in this thesis are financial reports in the form of financial position reports, profit and loss reports, and cash flow reports for PT Angkasa Pura II for the 2019–2022 period. The data analysis method used is ratio analysis, which consists of liquidity analysis, solvency analysis, activity analysis, and profitability analysis, which is then determined by the level of financial performance by referring to the decision of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises of 2002, Number KEP-100/MBU/2002. The results of the research show that the financial condition of PT Angkasa Pura II from 2019 to 2022 is experiencing an unfavorable condition in terms of the four ratios. By obtaining the BBB category with the unhealthy predicate in 2019 and the B category with the unhealthy predicate from 2020 to 2022.

Abstract

Abstrak Pergerakan pesawat udara di atur oleh personil bandar udara yaitu Apron Movement Control (AMC) yang memiliki lisensi dan rating yang bertugas melaksanakan pengawasan terhadap ketertiban, keselamatan pergerakan lalu lintas serta penentuan parkir pesawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penanganan yang dilakukan Unit Apron Movement Control terhadap pelanggaran di wilayah apron serta mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi petugas Apron Movement Control dalam melakukan pengawasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 17 Juni 2022 sampai dengan 30 Juni 2022 di Bandar Udara Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan di unit AMC dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini mengambil data dari dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara mengenai pelanggaran dan penanganan petugas AMC terhadap keselamatan di wilayah apron, penelitian ini dilakukan bersama Personil Apron Movement Control dan PLT Bandar Udara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran petugas airside masih berkurang, petugas Apron Movement Control perlu meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap petugas-petugas yang melanggar. Terdapat beberapa pelanggaran di wilayah apron seperti menyimpan peralatan di area service road (APAR, Tangga, dan Troli). Cara mengatasi permasalahan diatas petugas Apron Movement Control (AMC) perlu membuat peraturan tegas terkait keamanan, Fasilitas di wilayah sisi udara kurang memadai maka wilayah sisi udara memerlukan fasilitas seperti CCTV untuk mengontrol area apron dengan jarak jauh serta mempermudah personil AMC dalam menjaga keamanan. Kata kunci: Pelanggaran, Keamanan, Apron Movement Control (AMC) Abstract Aircraft movement is regulated by airport personnel, namely Apron Movement Control (AMC) who has a license and rating in charge of carrying out supervision of order, safety of traffic movements and determining aircraft parking. This study aims to determine the handling carried out by the Apron Movement Control Unit against violations in the apron area and to find out the obstacles faced by Apron Movement Control officers in conducting supervision. This research was conducted on June 17, 2022 to June 30, 2022 at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport Bima, West Nusa Tenggara. This research was conducted in the AMC unit using a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. This study took data from documentation, observations, and interviews regarding violations and handling of AMC officers on safety in the apron area, this research was carried out with Apron Movement Control Personnel and PLT Airport. The results showed that the awareness level of airside officers was still reduced, Apron Movement Control officers needed to increase supervision of officers who violated the rules. There are several violations in the apron area such as storing equipment in the service road area (APAR, Ladder, and Trolley). How to overcome the above problems, Apron Movement Control (AMC) officers need to make strict regulations regarding security. Facilities in the air side area are inadequate, so the air side area requires facilities such as CCTV to control the apron area remotely and make it easier for AMC personnel to maintain security. Abstract

In organizing the MotoGP Event at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport, Lombok, a significant increase in flight traffic affects operational capacity, especially in the Apron area. The Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and safe movement of aircraft, vehicles, and personnel. During the event, the surge in passenger numbers and aircraft movements puts additional pressure on the AMC, making it essential to maintain operational safety and efficiency in the apron area. This study aims to determine how the handling of increased flight traffic affects the efficiency of apron space usage during the 2024 MotoGP Event and what strategies and mechanisms are implemented by the Apron Movement Control (AMC) Unit in increasing the efficiency and safety of flight operations during the 2024 MotoGP Event at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research, it can be concluded that the role of Apron Movement Control (AMC) at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok International Airport during the 2024 MotoGP Event is very vital for the smooth running of flight operations, especially in managing increased traffic. AMC is tasked with following established procedures, including aircraft parking arrangements and efficient use of apron space. To overcome the spike in traffic, AMC added personnel, increased supervision in the airside area, and coordinated with relevant stakeholders, including Airnav Indonesia. In addition, airport infrastructure was expanded and operations were improved to meet the needs during the event, ensuring that all aircraft movements were safe and orderly.

Abstract

In the past two years, Super Air Jet has successfully established a significant brand image through the implementation of a Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) strategy with affordable fares. This strategy is relevant to Indonesia's needs as a developing country requiring fast and affordable transportation. The fresh and trend-following approach has attracted consumer interest. The researcher seeks to further explore the influence of the LCC brand image on passengers' purchase decisions, considering the rapid technological developments that affect information exchange and potential risks to brand image. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence, and to what extent brand image affects the purchase decision of airplane tickets for Super Air Jet at Yogyakarta International Airport. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, and the types of data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique used in this research is through the distribution of questionnaires to passengers who have flown with Super Air Jet on the BPN-YIA or YIA-BPN routes at Yogyakarta International Airport. The study concludes that brand image has a positive and significant influence of 73.9% on passenger satisfaction, while 26.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This is evidenced by the result of Tcount > Ttable, i.e., 16.656 > 1.984.

Abstract

The level of discipline on the performance of ground handling employees is very important, discipline is also needed in improving employee performance. The basic attitude of employees towards themselves, competencies and current job as well as an overview of every opportunity that can be achieved needs to be considered by PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. Performance analysis of ground handling employees will discuss how ground handling employee performance that viewed from the level of discipline based on the performance indicator. This research uses a qualitative research method design, which data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and literature studies in the work area of the passasi unit of PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta International Airport. This research was conducted to determine the performance of ground handling employees in terms of the level of discipline at PT Kokapura Avia Yogyakarta Internasional Airport. The results of this study are the performance of ground handling employees on time is quite good in providing services to passangers, ground handling employees are quite good in two ways communication between leaders and subordinates, ground handling employees obey the regulations in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP), carry oud good cooperation with coworkers, creating a sense of comfort and safety at work has improved well.
