Abstract

This research was conducted at the Kapala Pitu Sub-District Office, North Toraja Regency, with the aim of determining the "Performance of Apparatus in Civil Registration Administration Services at the Kapala Pitu Sub-District Office, North Toraja Regency". This study used a descriptive research type based on qualitative research. In qualitative research, informants were determined when the researcher entered the research area, totaling 5 individuals. Furthermore, data collection techniques in this study included Observation, Interviews, and Documentation. The required data consisted of primary and secondary data. The data analysis method involved Data Collection, Data Condensation, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusions. The theory used in this research was derived from Stephen Robins, which included 5 indicators: Work Quality, Work Quantity, Timeliness, Autonomy, and Effectiveness. The research findings revealed that the performance of the apparatus was not satisfactory, as there were still several aspects that needed improvement such as facilities and infrastructure, as well as enhancing Human Resources (HR), and conducting training to improve employee performance to become more productive, disciplined, and have good work ethics and attitudes.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Saskia Khaerunisya Ahmad B 101 20 036 with the title “Evaluation Of Village Fund Allocation Policy In Tinggede Village Marawola District Sigi Regency”. Guided by Nasir Mangngasing as the main Supervisor with Muhammad Rapi as the Supervisor. This study aims to determine the Evaluation of Village Fund Allocation Policy in Tinggede Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency. The research method used is Descriptive Qualitative, which provides a systematic, factual or real explanation of the subject or data obtained at the place of research. The data collection techniques used are literature studies, observations and interviews with informants in depth and documentation to collect the data needed in the form of secondary data and primary data. While the informants in this study amounted to 5 people, namely 3 people from the Tinggede village office, Marawola District, Sigi Regency, 1 person from the Village Consultative Board, and 1 person from the Marawola District Office. The theory used in this study is the theory of William N. Dunn where there are 6 indicators used in the Evaluation stage of Village Fund Allocation Policy in Tinggede Village, Marawola District, Sigi Regency. The six indicators are, Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, and Appropriteness. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the evaluation of Village Fund Allocation Policy in Tinggede Village, Marawola District, Sigi can be said to have not run well. This is caused by the aspect of effectiveness, which has not gone well enough because on the part of the Tinggede Village Government in terms of payroll has not been in accordance with the desired expectations because Tinggede village is a large village in Sigi Regency causing the village government to complain about the amount of salary given to them. From the aspect of efficiency, it has not run optimally in terms of time efficiency, namely the factor of delay in the issuance of the Regent Regulation on Village Fund Allocation. And from the aspect of adequacy, the desired results in the Village Fund Allocation budget to the satisfaction and level of needs of the Village Government are considered insufficient and satisfactory to the Tinggede Village Government. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and find out what actions the Sigi Regency Tourism Departmen has taken in developing the Wayu Paragliding Tourism Object. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method. The research location is at the Sigi Regency Tourism Departmen Office. In this study, the analysis used G.R Terry's theory states 4 management concepts (POAC) including planning, organizing, actuating, controlling. The number of informants in this study were 6 people. Data analysis used Miles and Huburman.The results of research in the field that the development of the Wayu Paragliding Tourism Object by the Sigi Regency Tourism Department, in the planning aspect, on facilities - infrastructure to continue paving, procurement of street lights, road dividers, directions, repair of damaged facilities and provision of clean water. And finally update the RIPPARDA so that the planning of the Sigi Regency Tourism Office runs well. In the organizing aspect, it has gone well, but there are still many things that must be improved and developed, especially in adding and improving facilities, as well as involving more groups that have a positive impact on the wayu paragliding tourist attraction.The actuating aspect is the lack of discipline of the Tourism Office towards employees, as well as the cleanliness around tourist attractions that are scattered by garbage due to the lack of human resources that help officers in terms of cleaning the tourist attraction area.
