Abstract

Mixed marriage is a marriage between people of different nationalities, one of whom is an Indonesian citizen. In this regard, in 2006 the Citizenship Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 12 which aims to protect women who marry foreigners as a result of mixed marriages and their children. Legal issues can arise in mixed marriages, including issues related to the nationality status of either husband or wife and the citizenship status of the children. The purpose of this writing is to study and understand Law no. 12 of 2006 in defending the rights of women and children in mixed marriages. The data collection method is in the form of document study research derived from secondary data which is then analyzed using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the discussion show that Law no. 12 of 2006 in essence prohibits discrimination and protects the rights of wives and children of Indonesian citizens who are intermarried and foreigners in the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

The study of Salafi is generally focused on the perspective of social movements with the political opportunity structure, resources theory, and collective action frames. The three approaches to social movement theory lead to the same estuary, which is an analysis of emerging factors and the development of a social movement. Unlike the previous studies, this article focuses on the acceptance of the Islamic community's acceptability patterns to the Salafi movement. The interesting phenomenon of this movement is the so massive infiltration occurring. The community is so rapidly accepting the style and the system of sustainability offered by various Salafi groups. This article uses a sociological approach to the basis of structural-functional and interactionist-symbolic theories of experience in both the individual and collective levels of the followers of Salafi. Methods of collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation with the research subject of 30 members of the Salafi group are not grass-root. The results showed that structuralist-functionally, the phenomenon of public acceptability due to the currents of modernity, shifting the concept of the family, shifting the meaning of religious authorities, and ease of access to information technology. Symbolically-symbolic, the phenomenon is the result of individual interaction with the social environment and the search for alternative religious identity. Keywords: Salafi, Movemnt, and Islam

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to examine how religious modernization in Tanjung Harapan Village, Seputih Banyak District, Central Lampung Regency is influenced by the Community Service Program (KKN). Even though the majority of the residents of Tanjung Harapan Village are Muslim, they still adhere to traditional interpretations of Islam. The Tanjung Harapan Village Community Service Program seeks to increase religious tolerance in everyday life. The community is involved in the research process through Participatory Action Research (PAR) techniques. The Tanjung Harapan Village community was involved in the design, implementation and assessment of the KKN program in this research. Research findings show that the KKN program implemented in Kebonrejo Village has increased religious moderation in the village. Children in Tanjung Harapan Village are given an understanding of religious tolerance and moderation with a deeper understanding of Islamic principles, children in Tanjung Harapan Village are now better prepared to overcome social inequality and tolerate a wider range of religious beliefs.

Abstract

This article examines the breach of contract issue related to delays in food delivery by GoFood couriers, a rapidly growing food delivery service in Indonesia. Despite the increasing popularity of such services, there is a significant research gap regarding the impact of delivery delays on customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the impact of delivery delays on customer satisfaction and identify the factors contributing to these delays. Using a case study analysis method explores specific instances of breach of contract due to delivery delays by GoFood couriers. The results indicate that delivery delays significantly negatively impact customers' perception of GoFood's service. Contributing factors to the delays include traffic conditions, order volume, and company policies. These findings provide valuable insights for GoFood and similar services to enhance delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction. The practical implications of this study include recommendations for improving delivery processes, courier training, and better communication with customers. This research contributes to understanding how delivery delays can affect brand image and customer satisfaction in the context of an evolving food delivery service. In conclusion, the corrective actions taken by the company can help improve service quality and minimize potential conflicts with customers.

Abstract

Human rights are rights that have been possessed by every human being from birth that has been conferred from Alah. The first human rights were given by the Prophet Muhammad Saw in the teachings of Islam that every Friday exempting 1 slave and giving emancipation to the woman who was then told, as many as the new century of nations besides the country participated Apply human rights. There are many human rights that occur from the past and there are even the kasusu that is not revealed or reported to the authorities. This is detrimental to victims. The Government has proclaimed for human rights protection but still has been a violation. Efforts that have been made by the Government by making legislation in various chapters need cooperation with the parties.
