Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between product innovation and the expansion of MSMEs in the creative industries through the use of digital marketing strategies. This qualitative study seeks to understand micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative sector, their challenges, the impact of digital technology, and the creative approaches they use. This study's findings highlight the significance of e-commerce, data-based decision-making, cooperation, and customer experience as drivers of growth for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative sector. Further, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the creative sector might obtain an edge over their competitors by adopting a business innovation strategy and producing one-of-a-kind, new goods and services. New goods and services may be created by MSMEs via the use of digital technology. This can help organizations stay relevant in the market and respond to shifting customer preferences.

Abstract

Purchasing herbal medicine is increasingly becoming a concern amidst increasing public awareness of the importance of health and preference for alternative treatments with minimal side effects. This literature study aims to examine the influence of product quality and trust on herbal medicine purchasing decisions. In this context, good product quality and consumer trust are important factors that can encourage people to choose herbal medicine as a safer and more effective option. This study applies a literature review method through analysis of various relevant scientific sources. The results of the study indicate that product quality and trust have a significant influence on herbal medicine purchasing decisions. The influence of product quality is very important, because quality products can increase consumer satisfaction and loyalty, while trust serves as a guarantee for consumers to choose products that are proven to be safe and have minimal side effects. Therefore, herbal medicine producers and related parties are expected to continue to improve product quality and build public trust to encourage positive purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Pembelian obat herbal semakin menjadi perhatian di tengah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya kesehatan dan preferensi terhadap alternatif pengobatan yang minim efek samping. Tujuan dari tinjauan pustaka ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana keputusan untuk membeli obat herbal dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk dan kepercayaan. Dalam hal ini, individu dapat dibujuk untuk memilih obat herbal sebagai alternatif yang lebih aman dan lebih efisien dengan kriteria seperti kualitas produk yang tinggi dan kepercayaan pelanggan. Studi ini menganalisis sejumlah sumber ilmiah terkait dengan menggunakan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa keputusan untuk membeli obat herbal secara signifikan dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti kualitas produk dan kepercayaan. Dampak kualitas produk sangat penting karena barang berkualitas tinggi dapat meningkatkan kebahagiaan dan loyalitas pelanggan, dan kepercayaan memastikan bahwa pelanggan akan memilih barang yang telah terbukti aman dan memiliki sedikit dampak negatif. Oleh karena itu, untuk mempromosikan keputusan pembelian yang bijaksana, produsen obat herbal dan pihak terkait diperlukan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan menumbuhkan kepercayaan publik.
