Good Emotional Intelligence (comprising self-awareness, motivation, and social skills) enables one to make appropriate decisions under a variety of circumstances. An organization's accounting information system is a device utilized to streamline the majority of business operations, regardless of the company's size (small, medium, or large). Due to the fact that MSMEs are a primary driver of economic expansion, the creation of new employment is crucial to their ability to make sound decisions. The analysis technique refers to a process of data analysis designed to yield information that can be utilized in this study. In order to facilitate researchers' comprehension of the data as a foundation for decision making, it is necessary to analyze the data for interpretation. The present study employed the Partial Least Squares (PLS) methodology is carried out in in three stages: Outer model analysis, Inner model analysis, Hypothesis testing. In accordance with the formal model, latent variables are defined explicitly as linear aggregates of observed variables or their indicators. In order to generate weight estimates for latent variable score components, the inner and outer model specifications are compared.Determine the impact of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, motivation, and social skills) on the performance of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) in relation to the implementation of accounting information systems. The primary data utilized in this study were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to MSME entrepreneurs in Jember Regency, who provided their responses. Clearly, the accounting information system plays a crucial role in the progress and growth of MSMEs. Emotional Intelligence has no appreciable impact on the efficacy of MSME businesses as it relates to accounting information systems. Nonetheless, Emotional Intelligence significantly impacts the business performance of SMEs.

Abstract

ABSTRAKStruktur kalimat ? Struktur kalimat  ??BA??Pembelajaran Bahasa MandarinABSTRACTThe ? (b?) sentence structure is a unique pattern in Mandarin that does not exist in Indonesian, which often causes difficulties and makes students reluctant to use it. This study aims to examine the level of students’ understanding of the ? (b?) sentence structure at Sekolah Tinggi Bahasa Harapan Bersama. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach, employing an online questionnaire consisting of 16 items, which was completed by 82 first-semester students from Diploma 3 and undergraduate programs. The results show that the students’ level of understanding is relatively good; however, it varies depending on the type of questions. The average percentage of correct answers was 66.84% for true-false questions, 85% for questions on determining the correct position of ? (b?), and 73% for sentence transformation tasks. These findings indicate that students are better at recognizing than producing ? (b?) sentence structures. The difficulties encountered are caused by differences in language structure, inappropriate selection of verbs and complements, and a lack of practice. Keywords: Analysis of Comprehension,  Ba  (???) Abstract

In the process of learning Chinese, the inadequate tone and intonation are the main reasons for the phenomenon of "Western accent and tone". The author hopes to use the intonation pattern research approach and experimental phonetic research methods adopted in this article to identify the prosodic features of Indonesian non Chinese learners' acquisition of Chinese declarative sentence intonation, as well as the similarities and differences between the performance of various parameters of Indonesian non Chinese learners' declarative intonation and that of native Chinese speakers. This article adopts the research approach of intonation pattern and uses quantitative analysis methods such as fluctuation, pause delay rate, and volume ratio to examine the intonation of Chinese declarative sentences of Indonesian non Chinese learners (NURUL JADID SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL). Conclusion: Non Chinese Indonesian learners have a smaller overall fluctuation in acquiring Chinese declarative sentences compared to native Chinese speakers. There is a significant increase in sound length before the word boundary at the beginning and end of the sentence, and a noticeable decrease in sound intensity and volume at the end of the sentence.
