Abstract

Maloklusi menduduki urutan ketiga setelah karies gigi dan penyakit periodontal pada masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut di Indonesia. Maloklusi selain dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan gigi dan mulut juga mempengaruhi perkembangan psikologis terutama pada anak remaja karena anak mulai memperhatikan diri dan penilaian orang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan maloklusi gigi anterior dengan status psikososial pada murid kelas VII dan VIII di SMPN 6 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan rancangan penelitian cross-sectional. Sampel diambil dengan cara purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan uji Odds-Ratio. Dari hasil uji Chi-Square didapatkan nilai p = 0,01, dapat di simpulkan bahwa p < α. berarti ada hubungan yang signifikan antara maloklusi gigi anterior dengan status psikososial pada siswa kelas VII dan VIII di SMPN 6 Banjarmasin. Pada uji Odds-Ratio didapatkan Value sebesar 9,346. Artinya, siswa yang memiliki maloklusi pada gigi anterior lebih beresiko 9,346 kali lipat untuk mempunyai status psikososial yang tinggi dari pada siswa yang memiliki gigi anterior normal. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa anak yang mempunyai kasus maloklusi gigi anterior cenderung memiliki status psikososial yang tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini di sarankan agar pemerintah, orang tua, dan petugas kesehatan untuk memberikan perhatian lebih dan pelayanan promotife dan preventife kepada anak pada saat usia tumbuh kembang. Abstract

Laboratories play an important role in supporting the quality of learning, but administrative management often faces obstacles, especially in manual recording of equipment usage log books, which is ineffective and prone to omissions. Digitalization through the use of QR Codes is one innovation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and ease of data access. This study aims to determine the difference in student satisfaction levels before and after the implementation of a QR Code-based digital logbook in the Preclinical Laboratory of the Dental Health Department at Poltekkes Kemenkes Banjarmasin. The research design used was a Quasi-Experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 30 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument consisted of a student satisfaction questionnaire, with data analysis conducted using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test due to the non-normal distribution of data. The results showed that the average student satisfaction increased from 3.36 before the intervention to 3.80 after the intervention, with a difference of 0.44. The Wilcoxon test yielded a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a significant difference in student satisfaction before and after the use of the QR Code-based QR Code-based digital log book. It can be concluded that the implementation of a digital log book through QR Code can increase student satisfaction in laboratory services because it provides ease of recording, speed of access, data transparency, and administrative efficiency compared to manual methods.

Abstract

Background: Traditional massage services are widely used by parents in Indonesia for minor health problems in children such as colds and fatigue. Influenced by cultural beliefs, this practice remains important despite modern medical advances. Riskesdas 2018 reported that 54.1% of South Kalimantan's population uses traditional health services, with 83.3% choosing massage therapy. This study explores the perception and experience of parents in using masseur services as an alternative treatment method. Objective:. To understand the motivations, benefits, and challenges that parents face in choosing massage services Methods: A qualitative approach with semi-structured in-depth interviews with five participants selected through purposive sampling. The data is analyzed thematically to identify key themes. Result: The findings revealed three main themes: (1) motivation for using massage services, which is based on cultural beliefs and previous positive experiences; (2) a comparison between massage services and modern medical services, which emphasizes accessibility, cost efficiency, and convenience; and (3) expectations for the development of professional and standardized massage services. Conclusion: Despite its limitations, traditional massage services have an important role to play in meeting the health needs of Indonesian families due to their affordability and accessibility. However, training and certification are required to improve the security and professionalism of these services.
