Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar bahasa Indonesiamateri kalimat fakta dan opini dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran ubur-ubur fani pada kelas IV-A.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Terdapat empat tahapan yangdilakukan, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitusiswa kelas IV-A SDN Banyu Urip 2/363 dengan jumlah 31 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yangdigunakan dengan cara observasi, dokumentasi dan evaluasi dari nilai peserta didik. Penelitian inidilaksanakan dengan menggunakan dua siklus. Keberhasilan penelitian didapatkan melalui hasil tesevaluasi yang dilakukan pada akhir pembelajaran. Pada penelitian ini jika peserta didik dapat mencapaiKriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM), yaitu ≥ 80 sebesar 80%. Hasil belajar yang diperoleh peserta didikpada siklus I mendapatkan rata- rata 68,29 ketuntasan peserta didik yang mencapai KKM sejumlah 19peserta didik dengan presentase 54.29%. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 78.29 denganpeserta didik yang nilainya tuntas mencapai KKM sejumlah 29 peserta didik dan hasil presentasenyamencapai 82.86%. Berdasarkan data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan Media Ubur-Ubur Fani dapatmeningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi kalimat fakta dan opini pada mata pelajaran bahasaIndonesia kelas IV-A.

For occasion, within the realm of instruction, a school is considered successful when understudy accomplishments adjust with the built up benchmarks. The method of accomplishing adequacy includes utilizing hypothetically and essentially recognized models and approaches. Abstract

Governance is a conceptual framework that includes public philosophy and management. Good governance emphasizes the principles of accountability, transparency, excellent service, democracy, participation, efficiency, and the rule of law. However, currently there are many public services that are efficient in serving the community, therefore it is necessary to improve good governance. This research method uses a qualitative literature study to understand Good Governance in Public Services. The results show that to create good governance, it requires the involvement of all stakeholders. In addition, the existence of responsive public services and the ability to adjust to the needs of the community are the main keys in achieving effective and sustainable governance.
