Abstract

Prestasi belajar yang dicapai siswa merupakan kemampuan yang dimiliki setelah mengikutiproses belajar dengan menggunakan IQ, minat, dan bakat yang dimiliki. Oleh sebab ituevaluasi presatasi belajar siswa dilaksanakan secara maksimal oleh seorang guru denganmenggunakan teknik evaluasi, baik dengan menggunakan tes atau non tes. Teknik Tes terdiridari berbagai macam bentuk tergantung dari sudut pandangnya, sedangkan dari sudutpandang butir soal tes dibagi menjadi bentuk tes subjektif dan tes objektif. Adapun tujuanpenelitian ini adalah: 1). Untuk mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar Al-Qur’an Hadits hasiltes subjektif bentuk uraian dan hasil tes objektif bentuk pilihan ganda di MA. RaudlatulIstiqomah Suko Kecamatan Maron Kabupaten Probolinggo 2) Untuk mengetahui perbedaanprestasi belajar Al-Qur’an Hadits hasil tes subjektif bentuk uraian dan hasil tes objektif bentukisian di MA. Raudlatul Istiqomah Suko Kecamatan Maron Kabupaten ProbolinggoPenelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian komparasi.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi observasi, dan interview. Adapunmetode analisis data menggunakan statistik dengan rumus t-test untuk mengetahui ada atautidaknya perbedaan prestasi belajar Al-Qur’an Hadits hasil tes subjektif dan hasil tes objektif.Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Nilai t hasil hitung - 1,795 lebih kecil dari harga kritik tdalam tabel 1,99, 2) Nilai t hasil hitung -2,185 lebih kecil dari harga kritik t dalam tabel 1,99.Kesimpulan umum penelitian ini adalah tidak ada perbedaan prestasi belajar Al-Qur’an Haditsantara hasil tes subjektif dan hasil tes objektif di MA.Roudlatul Istiqomah Suko KecamatanMaron Kabupaten Probolinggo.

Abstract

The transformation of Islamic elementary education requires educational institutions to strengthen not only academic achievement but also students’ religious character through sustainable and value based educational management. This study aimed to analyze the transformative management of religious programs in Islamic elementary education, particularly regarding strategic planning, participatory implementation, continuous supervision, and institutional religious culture transformation in strengthening students’ Islamic character at MI Miftahul Mlokorejo Jember. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design to obtain an in depth understanding of managerial practices and institutional dynamics underlying the implementation of religious programs within the madrasah environment. Data were collected through in depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies involving the madrasah principal, vice principal, teachers, religious program coordinators, students, and parents. The collected data were analyzed using interactive thematic analysis through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through triangulation, member checking, and prolonged engagement. The findings revealed that the transformative management of religious programs was implemented systematically through collaborative planning, participatory implementation, continuous supervision, and sustainable institutional culture transformation. Religious programs such as congregational prayer, Qur’anic recitation, tahfidz activities, Islamic speech training, and charity programs were integrated into the daily culture of the madrasah and contributed significantly to strengthening students’ religious discipline, spiritual awareness, empathy, social responsibility, and Islamic identity. The study further found that teachers’ exemplary behavior, parental collaboration, and institutional religious culture played crucial roles in supporting the sustainability and effectiveness of religious programs. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on transformative management of religious programs at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah level through an integrative framework combining leadership transformation, institutional culture development, participatory governance, and sustainable religious habituation. This study also contributes theoretically to the discourse of Islamic educational management by offering a comprehensive perspective on transformative religious program management in Islamic elementary education. Practically, the findings provide strategic insights for madrasah leaders, teachers, and policymakers in developing sustainable religious programs capable of strengthening Islamic character formation and institutional transformation within contemporary Islamic educational contexts.

Abstract

This study examines teachers’ strategies in cultivating Islamic moral character through Aqidah Akhlaq learning at an Islamic primary school. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach involving Aqidah Akhlaq teachers, the madrasah principal, and students as research participants. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that teachers implemented several interconnected strategies to cultivate students’ akhlaqul karimah, namely habituation practices, role modelling (uswatun hasanah), reward and punishment, motivational guidance, and the integration of moral values into the learning process through storytelling, discussion, and simulation methods. Among these strategies, habituation and teacher exemplarity were found to have a greater influence on students’ moral behavior than formal cognitive instruction alone. The study also found that a supportive madrasah environment and parental involvement strengthened the implementation of moral education, whereas limited parental supervision and negative influences from social media and digital technology became major obstacles. This study contributes to the discourse on Islamic character education by highlighting the importance of integrating instructional, cultural, and relational approaches in cultivating moral character at the primary education level. However, the findings are limited to a specific institutional context and cannot be generalized broadly. Further studies involving wider educational settings are therefore recommended.
