Abstract

The industrial sector is now a new foundation for the people of Indonesia. Quality is a key factor that brings business success, growth and increasing competitive position. The quality of a product is defined as the degree or extent to which products or services are able to satisfy the desires of consumers (fitness for use). In fact, if the product or product can not achieve precisely the purpose for which the item is intended or used, it does not necessarily mean that the consumer or the buyer will make a complaint to the producer. Different types of methods are developed and applied by industrial societies to produce products of better quality. Six sigma is a method of controlling and improving the quality of Motorola implemented by the company since 1986 and then used by companies large-scale international level.PT. X-Majalengka, the company is engaged in semi-finished textiles. Research carried out is in part preparation before the weaving process, namely the winding. The number of mismatches that continued to occur on the production floor Grade A winding into a decrease in Gray cloth. Yarn is the main ingredient pembutan fabric gray, yarn used affects the quality of gray cloth produced, of course, to produce gray cloth that grade A then the thread used to be quality yarn, a process for producing quality yarns is the preparation stage is the process of winding, Good thread the warp or weft will experience the process of winding. By using six sigma analysis showed that the quality Pirn supply bobbins produced by the company has a good process capability. Based on Sigma value calculation, the average value of the company is 2.52 sigma with 169.31 Defect per million Opportunitas (DPMO). This shows a consistent pattern of DPMO and sigma achievement, indicating that the production pattern has been properly managed. And types of disabilities in Pirn product supply bobbins grouped into three types. This type of disability is calculated frequency for 1 year of production from July 2016 until June 2017 that is hairy 72 pirn, deflated loops154 and 245 pirn pirn.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu Negara pengguna internet terbanyak di dunia. Lebih dari setengah pendudukan Indonesia khususnya di Desa Gadel Kec. Tukdana Kab. Indramayu telah menggunakan internet dalam kehidupan seharihari. Namun permasalahan yang terjadi adalah masyarakat belum mampu menggunakan dan memanfaatkan teknologi dan media sosial dengan baik dan bijak. Terlebih dalam rangka meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Banyak masyarakat yang telah mengetahui canggihnya teknologi digital, akan tetapi belum menyadari bahwa internet juga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidupnya. Kegiatan workshop literasi digital bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan internet dan media sosial untuk berwirausaha sehingga mampu meningkatkan keberdayaan ekonomi. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksan yang terdiri dari pemberian materi dan praktek, serta tahap evaluasi dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebanyak 76% mengenai bisnis online¸ peserta termotivasi untuk berwirasusaha, serta peserta memiliki kemampuan untuk membuka toko online di beberapa media sosial dan market place.

Abstract

Factory Segi Tiga is a company engaged in the industry that is producing soy sauce, in carrying out its production it is closely related to row materials which are important components that must be available in the production prosess, the row material used is soybeans. This study aims to determine the control of soybean row material supplies at the factory Segi Tiga use EOQ method. From the results of calculations that have been done now apply in the company by EOQ method in controlling row materials, it can be concluded that using the EOQ method results more efficiently this can be seen by the number of purchases averaging 6087,5 kilograms in one number of orders 8 times a year and inventory costs amounting to Rp 4.889.494,- in one order, whereas if you use the EOQ method the number of orders in one message is 18.768 kilograms whit the number of orders 3 times a year whit the amount of expenses incurred is Rp 2.870.776,6 in one order. To anticipate things you don’t want related to row material inventories. The EOQ method advises the factory to provide safety supplies of 4963,4 kilograms and order row materials again when the row material is 487 kilograms, with this EOQ method can avoid the delay in the supply of raw materials because the supply of raw materials can be sure to be constant and compatible with the lead time, then to reach the factory research allowance you should use the EOQ method.
