Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana kualitas air dan sanitasi mempengaruhi Kejadian Luar Biasa (KLB) Diare di Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia, menggunakan data Pendataan Potensi Desa (PODES) tahun 2021. Diare merupakan permasalahan serius dalam kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia, terutama pada kelompok anak balita, dan salah satu faktor penyebab utamanya adalah rendahnya kualitas air dan sanitasi. Dalam konteks penelitian ini, kami menerapkan metode algoritma K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) untuk mengklasifikasikan wilayah-wilayah yang mengalami KLB Diare. Hasil eksplorasi data menunjukkan variasi yang signifikan dalam jumlah kasus diare di sejumlah kabupaten dan kota yang tersebar di wilayah Jawa Barat. Untuk menangani masalah ketidakseimbangan data, kami menerapkan teknik Pengurangan Acak (Random Under Sampling), Penambahan Acak (Random Over Sampling), dan Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model K-NN dengan penggunaan metode SMOTE menghasilkan tingkat akurasi tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 71.28%. Meskipun demikian, nilai F1 score untuk semua model cenderung rendah, yang mengindikasikan adanya tantangan dalam mengklasifikasikan wilayah-wilayah dengan KLB Diare. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang penting mengenai korelasi antara kualitas air, sanitasi, dan KLB Diare di Jawa Barat, serta mengidentifikasi wilayah-wilayah yang memerlukan perhatian lebih dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit diare. Hasil ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk merancang program-program kesehatan yang lebih efektif di daerah-daerah dengan tingkat insiden diare yang tinggi.

Abstract

Platform metabase GIS data analysis based on the cloud that has been successfully developed is an alternative solution for spatial-text data analysis. The output of this cloud-based platform not only provides accurate textual information but also precise location representation of the objects. This research examines the quality of the developed platform based on ISO 9126, which consists of six main indicators: functionality, reliability, feasibility, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. Each indicator has different sub-indicators, totaling 22 sub-indicators. The quality assessment results indicate that the platform for metabase GIS data analysis based on the cloud exhibits excellent quality, with an average test result based on the ISO 9126 indicators reaching 93%.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss the successful development of MetaPolije. MetaPolije is a platform used for cloud-based spatial-text data analysis utilizing the metabase library. MetaPolije as an alternative solution for users who need a medium for textual data analysis while also displaying precise location data. This platform is developed following the stages of agile method, which consists of several stages, from system requirement to testing. The platform has also undergone functional, validity, and performance testing techniques to ensure its efficiency. The test results have shown that the platform is capable of functioning well according to its intended purpose. Additionally, the platform is able to accurately display visualized data analysis results, including precise location points for each datum. Therefore, it can be concluded that the MetaPolije is a viable platform that meets the standards of functional, validity, and performance testing, making it a dependable and effective tool for data analysis. MetaPolije has been successfully developed by providing the basic features needed by users when conducting spatial text data analysis. The test results indicate that MetaPolije has met the quality testing standards for software based on each specified testing indicator, covering functional, validity, and performance aspects. These features can also be customized according to the users' needs and purposes.
